The hush money payment occurred before Trump became president so this ruling has no bearing on that case whatsoever. Now it has to be determined if removing highly classified documents in his last days in office was an "official act" or if all the activities in Georgia were as well. Arranging the protest on 1/6/2021 and then speaking at it and inciting the riot was certainly not one. Regardless, the Trump legal team can now delay all the cases even more by making motions for dismissals based on this SCOTUS ruling, whether it should apply the specific case or not.
