suggestion: get the best teams' drivers to the worst team and the worst teams' drivers to the best team to see what happens
Also 2nd best team drivers to the 9th team and so on
And do the whole season or a race maybe
Ive planned this concept! I think a whole season would be good, to see who out performs their car most or something.
What I need to decide is whether I use good drivers in a bad car or bad drivers in a good car.

@@AHGP and if the create a team function from F1M24 creates team number 11, you can do this, without interrupting the grid by always being last and if you use a editor to not get you fired, always retire both cars at race start.

Could you maybe make the F2/F3 drivers free agents as well? That could change things.
It could but we worked out it chooses them on overall ratings. If I did a re-test with all drivers rated the same, that might work better. A good idea though!

Yeah it probably wouldn't change a great deal. But equal driver ratings? Could definitely spring a surprise or two!

Can u change the performance car? I can but can’t save, help?
Make sure you hit save changes on the performance page of the editor and then replace the save file where the F1 Manager saves are found.
i downloaded the mod and set it all up and it says that its "connected" but then if i make any changes it doesnt save inside my save game

It would be but the game wont let you progress without a drive line up so Im not sure its possible that way round

how to change drivers like I want Nikita Mazepin my team is it a mod or not?
This is a downloadable bit of software - there should be links to download and install instructions in the description, but it is just for PC

it would have been nice if you would have chose f2 drivers so all current drivers are free for more chaos
True... I have also done an experiment where I filled half the grid with F2 drivers.
Can you edit driver names in the editor?
Sadly not. Hopefully in the future it will be possible

They're available in the editor - Id probably need to do their stats myself but we could certainly return them to the grid

I think it’ll be more interesting and besides Williams wouldn’t be able to afford a 35 million dollar budget on drivers
@dominicviner6619 you're right about the budget not being realistic.
I think we still found out how the AI goes about moving drivers though, which was the point of the experiment 😊
@@AHGP yeah I haft to say it helped me figure out a thing or two I sometimes mess with driver line ups by signing and dumping drivers because I play on console I got mick as Alfa for 4 years Theo at haas and Lawson at Aston
Why would you waste 5 mil on a reserve driver ever? You can just get spomeone who stinks for under 1 mil….you literally will use the reserve driver for nothing
The point of the video was to where drivers ended up. How much I spent on a reserve is irrelevant because we didnt do any races.

I disagree. We still found out how the driver market works in the game, which was the point of the experiment.
