Anita ‘s and Freddie’s friendship was instantaneous, probably because they had similar traits and that attracted them to each other. She has very fond memories of Freddie, even though they didn’t know each other long. When chemistry strikes, friendships can evolve very quickly and people can become very close equally as fast looking at the pictures you see a beautiful friendship between the two of them and I’m sure his death was very hard on her. Anita speaks of Freddie with such fondness and admiration still 30 years later which is a testament to what a wonderful man and friend Freddie was to her. Because they were both volatile. They were actually on and off for many years before they got married in 2000, I believe.
