I know you mentioned wrapping the pipes to account for a bit of concrete expansion but I don't think I see any of the pipes going through a sleeve in the footer, which is something I've seen on other videos (IE any pipe going through the footer goes through a sleeve 2 sizes larger than the pipe size. Not required in your area?
I think I've seen the type of sleeve you're describing but maybe it's only required based on the foundation type? Ours is a monolithic slab instead of footings/stem walls so maybe that's why it wasn't in the plans for us or required per the county. Anyway, hope that helps and thanks for watching!
