Hi Grace, I turned 31 in April so I’ve been having a little existential crisis, if I’m being honest. Things have been difficult but I’m trying to stay positive! I’m autistic and receiving support from adult services. It’s strange to be learning how to live in my 30’s, I wish I’d been able to do it earlier! I’m so many years behind everyone else and hoping I can still achieve something. On a happier note; My recent obsession is frozen fruit. I’ve been buying the bags of prepared frozen fruit from Asda. There’s a summer berries one and a more generic one with apple, blackberries, strawberries, melon, grapes etc and I keep popping to the freezer to get more, I eat them while they’re frozen. It’s actually great, especially since the weather is getting warmer
I think once you forget a set timeline or life expectations then it’s so liberating - sure you’re on track and exactly where you need to be. Sending you good vibes!

@@maneskinnnnn7190 you’re very right, I’m always comparing myself to everyone else around me, especially the people younger than myself. It’s unrealistic and a negative mindset to stay in, I’m working hard to improve myself. I would never judge someone else for their age and where they are in their life so I shouldn’t do that to myself.

Good to see you, Grace. I've been home delivery shopping since before the pandemic with Sainsbury's. They kept me on their priority list during lockdown. I used to book the 7/8am delivery and a few months ago it started to be delivered late. I now book the saver 7/11am slot which is cheaper and it arrives between 7/8am. Loved your Auntie Grace bit and loved the way your darling little niece smiled at her Grandma/Nanna. So cute.

My current obsession is documentaries about hoarders - quite random but I find it so interesting and love when they’re able to turn their lives around and get the support they need!!
My new obsession is metal detecting! Hubby bought me a metal detector and I completely lose track of time, sweeping that thing back and forth and digging in the sand. So far no pirate booty discovered but I've found lots of beer bottle caps, tent stakes, a whopping 15 cents, and 2 Hot Wheels cars. The anticipation when it finds something is so much fun!
My current obsession is watching people’s videos of their ninja creami creations! I’m incredibly tempted to order one for myself

Grace I dunno if it's a "new obsession" necessarily
But, I will be light on the details, my ex repeatedly SA'd me throughout the relationship in 2019-2020, and I went through a bunch of other traumas and struggles. But all throughout April I finally wanted to do something about it, then yeah, earlier this month I joined a gym and have been going there and loving it! I feel like I'm reclaiming my body and who I am as a person!
Again, no details, but some of the SA was related to the gym, and just with how bad my anxiety was in general, I kept crying randomly every day and feeling a fear I haven't felt in a while. Yet I went, I did it, I spoke to people! And I have now gone 3 times in total! I sorta became inactive and stopped pushing myself, gained a ton of weight, and let my trauma and anxiety control me. And if you told me even last year I would have been that person going to the gym every morning? I never would have believed you! Yet even though (cause health issues) it exhausts me and feels like it's destroying my body, I feel so much happier already and like I'm getting back parts of me I thought I lost! So that is my new obsession, just going to the gym, reclaiming my identity, and taking back control from my ex!

my new obsession is monk on netflix, he is a police detective with ocd, i have severe ocd which has destroyed and taken over my whole life, and this show makes me laugh while also showing the serious life destroying sides of ocd
I also have OCD and have watched Monk all the way thru twice. It is oddly comforting and also i think it helps me feel seen or something. I can't wait until I firget ut enough to watch it again lol
Hi!! My new obsession is puppetry. I started working at the marionette theater here in South Carolina and its SO FUN. Making puppets and sets and doing the puppeteering !! Im 30, single mom of 2 little boys, ans its such a peaceful fun rhing to do when they are at school. . Appreciate you Grace ❤️
My current obsession is receiving a produce box from the local farm collective every week and trying to eat the plethora of fruits and vegetables before they go bad. I'm eating them breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus snacks. I seriously hope I can keep up because I know it's good nutrition.

As an American, the assortment of “peculiar bits” at tj maxx and home goods are part of the reason why I love them so much 😅 plus they have some rather healthy snacks that I wouldn’t be able to find elsewhere 😊

Just a little tip with hand blenders. I bought a plastic one not knowing that after a while it would turn discoloured and bend. So now I have a metal one which is perfect.

I’m good! I turned 30 yesterday and my family organised a piniata which was SO Fun! I’m in my walk era - helps massively with my mental health! A new biscuit/chocolate brand id recommend is Elizabeth shaw? So good and I always ask for their stuff for my birthday as a treat

Set off a bug bomb, and set your fan,no heat or air-con, to high and put it on recycle mode. Then I really recommend getting a full interior groom.
My current obsession is trying to figure out what type of bird is showing up at my feeder! I've searched the internet, done reverse image searches and even CZcams but I cannot figure out what kind of bird it is (& neither can the bird buddy AI).😂 I have a bird buddy so I get photos and videos daily and this sweet bird is just chilling and leaving me confused. I bet when I figure it out it'll be so obvious.😅

Hi Grace you could always get an ikea piece of furniture, then paint it up, add some mouldings and change the handles to a look you want 😊 cheaper and a nice little project for you to do especially out in the sun 😊
Tesco delivery driver told me you’ll never get a delivery at 07:00 as that’s when the team meetings for that delivery shift happen 🤣. As they’ve got a full hour load at that time, it will push everything else further back by at least 15mins. Couple this with roadworks/accidents/road closures due to laying new tech pipe etc!!!!!
As for spiders, I have a whole cocoon of babies hatching on my dustbin😆 (at least 50 of them)
Oh! And rhubarb -technically - is not a fruit it’s a vegetable .... brilliantly sour and goes well as a side with certain savoury dishes

Oh, my sister in law, (who happens to be from England) has been living here in Canada since she was 18, and won't tell you how old we are now ..... anyway if her car had that many spiders, she would never enter it again unless it was professionally cleaned and double checked by her husband for at least a week....lol!!!! Our car was invested by ants at one point while we were on vacation in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, because of a banana peel (left by my huband) in the car....horrible feeling every time we got in the car. Ohhh and your niece is absolutely adorable 💗
