The traditional American conversation initiator is: “what are your wishes?”
I like that one the best.
I don’t identify with what I do or where I live, but wishes...

I do not know if i have missed your videos on these topics, but can you please go through how to pronounce: dd, rh, ll, ng, th, yng, and the diphthongs? Many thanks, your clear voice is very helpful in learning. ❤

I brought out a how to pronounce the letter Rh video a few weeks ago. I’ve already recorded a few others such as how to pronounce the ll, dd and R. I’ll also be recording videos for a lot of the other pronunciations you mentioned as well. Glad you’re finding the videos (and my voice 👍)helpful as well.

As far as I can tell, Aberystwyth natives use the northern pronunciation of their town. Congrats on 10K!

Yes it is! I went on a tour around the house a few years ago and it was fascinating seeing the little shed outside where he wrote his poems and stories. All his papers were on the desk as if he was still working there but had just popped out for a few moments.

@@LearnWelshPodcast Here’s a true story. I have visited the house a couple of times. One time I was watching a video when a wooden pole holding a tapestry (or something like that) clattered loudly and violently down the wall for no apparent reason. I’ll never forget it because I was sitting in a chair near the wall and it nearly hit me. The other people in the room were Americans and as we all went out one of them said to me in a hopeful tone: “You did that didn’t you?” Well, of course, I hadn’t
