Great video - Love what you did to the motor mounts. What size drill bit did you use, and did you change out the front motor mount bolt? Did this help with frame flex?

Lots of cool mods. Bike isn't 207 but this guy is 64 and still riding and loving it. We all hope we can do the same! Ride On Brother!

What exhaust do you recommend for the 2023 xcf250

Joe- your suspension settings seem very soft. Are you doing 'casual' trail rides? Except for your rear rebound setting, all settings are softer than the 'comfort' setting in the manual. Air pressure in the air fork is way below the manual value. Have you tried out these settings, do you still like them?

Very interested in adding a four stroke to my garage currently ride a 300 but I’m worried about them overheating on tighter single track. I noticed you did not add a fan? I’m not doing hard Enduro really really slow but there are spots that you have to pick your way through in first gear and just wondering if overheating would be a concern? Thanks

Ya, a fan is always a good idea on the new 4strokes in slower stuff

Nice work…. Just curious about plastics, many people get new plastics right off the bat and save the OEM, just wondering if there’s something special about the OEM to save them, or is there another reason? Just bought new 24 350 XCF, thinking of getting plastics/graphics before I ride it.

Typically for resale. Having OEM plastics that are new can go a long way when trying to sell a bike. Ktms OEM plastics w/ embedded graphics can get pricey as well.

That bike is not 207 lbs dry. It weighs about the same as the 300 xc-2, around 225 or so with no gas, which is amazing, but a KTM 350 does not weigh 207. That is YZ125 territory.

Yeah I just detailed one with a half of a tank of fuel and trust me It’s weight is right on par with my 22 450rx

Do you need a new ECU when you put on that FMF?

Thousands of dollars to buy the bike then a lot more money to get it to the point where it's actually useful... Just sayin'... Thanks for posting...

It’s pretty unrestricted from factory already. Seems quite useful as is.
