I have a running server already... If I install a new mod or uninstall an old mod, it will be applied into my running server or I would have to create a new one?
How do you run admin mode and mods at the same time? Devcommands won't run with mods on.
Great tutorial so thanks for that. However when I start a new profile, or even mod an existing one the game launches with me stuck under the map unable to move. I'm unable to figure out which mod is causing it.

brother bepinex works with an adress like c/steam... or wht ever has in it! my bepinex wont open console even.and nothing.i try many versions for my mistlands 0.115 but nothing!how i can use mods!

Yeah, you both need to have the mods installed and some of them have to be installed on the server as well.
do a mods need Valheim steam to play with friends? or online fix can do this too? if just for original valheim, maybe ill buy it later.

Whenever I start a modded server, my camera is stucked in the air. Any ideas with this? or what mod is affecting the in game camera?

One of your mods is broken. Don't use mods that haven't been updated recently.
So you don't have to set the profile folder to the game like you would have to with Lethal Company? Just checking because for Lethal Company I had to browse files and select the game for the mods to work.

What about updating mods without mod manager ?? Do we need to delete previous version and download the latest one or how does that work ?.

@@NinaOilily no reason to, it's waaaay too much work. Some mods are updated on a weekly basis.

You have to make sure steam is running. And you can only use mods that have been updated for the latest patch.
How do I set up the mod manager for valheim dedicated server?
If you go to the game master channel on my Discord there are people there who can help answer questions.
if I run my game as "start server" so my friends can join me and I have backpack mod on, should they also have it or it'll let them in but can't use them ?
If they don't have the mod they just won't be able to use it

You should not unless the mod is changing the world terrain heightmap drastically or something like that.

Follow the guide. And don't install too many or they might conflict with each other.

when i create a new world it works perfectly but everytime i quit and want to reconnect to the same world it says (error loading world file. check backups) i am playing valheim on xbox pc any solutions ?
you posted this about a day too late!! :O I decided to switch from downloading mods and wondering if they have updated on my own just yesterday!! One question I still have though, if you have already installed mods that aren't through the mod manager, do you have to delete them? (and if so, how do you do that??) Btw.. I downloaded thunderstore yesterday and mine looks a bit different than yours.
I recommend using r2modman and not the Thunderstore mod manager.
If you installed mods manually, you have to uninstall them manually. Or make a backup of your "save" folder, uninstall Valheim and reinstall and replace the "save" folder with your backup.

how do i open easy spawner mod in valheim
there's probably a default hotkey. check out the mod page, or open the cfg file to find out what it is
I'm currently in the process of trying to figure out what mod is not allowing me to use my cultivator. I'm so frustrated.
For anyone uneasy about using mods. because they have little to no experience. Valheim is only the game I've modded other than Stardew Valley. . .and the modmanager suggested here works really well and its really handy letting you know when mods are updated.
