Oh my god. I love this people. When they just shove food in your mouth without a second thought, dude, that's when you know how hospitable and how proud they are on their food.

I hope you do too. I am not Turkish, but I have been to so many countries and nothing compares to Turkish hospitality so far. I would probably say Iran or Morocco are very good contenders but Turkey was just amazing in every single step. For me I prefer a little more spice in my food, but over all, the food there is incredible, you can find everything you want.
Also I seriously advise you to prepare a journey plan before you go, places to see, old markets and foods you want to taste. It's the most fun experience I have ever had. Turkey literally has everything! Best of luck!

@@SucukluCheeseCake Yeah when a random restaurant's "waiter" invited us (with my brother and parents) to his home to stay the night and made us the most delicious dinner and breakfast we've ever had to this day, because there was a miscommunication with the travel agency and the hotel, I am sure they did it because of "interest to earn money". Hate all you want, they are amazing people. Bet you never set foot there though.

Mainly ottoman food. Greek Balkan Arab etc copied most dishes
