This just shows how much Nathalie really loves Adrien. Now, everything she is doing, is for him. The reason she wants the Miraculous is so she can use her wish so Adrien won't be alone. After all, despite not using the Peacock Miraculous anymore, her illness is progressive and soon she will end up like Emilie. And with Gabriel now fated to die because of the Cataclysm, she doesn't have any other choice but to help him. But of course she is awary of his madness and won't let him use the Absolute Power to rewrite the world as he wishes, but she will use it herself. I cant' wait to see what is going to happen later in the season.
Fun fact about the original dub: initially, Nathalie adressed both Adrien and Gabriel formal pronouns like an employee would do with an employer, someone they have a duty towards. Gabriel invites her to call each other by first name, which she refuses and sarcastically says all that's left is to speak with casual pronouns while they're at it.
At the episode's end, she addresses Adrien with informal/casual pronouns for the first time in the show, highlighting that she's no longer a secretary or a guard, but a true motherly figure towards Adrien.

There was a little confusion surrounding Safaris power, Nathalie wanted Monarch to give her the power to never miss her target, anything she touched and threw would immediately go back to hit her target, however, Safari didn't have the ability to search for her target no matter where it was or where it went, so she used the goat to draw equipment that could lock onto a target and search for it . Additionally, Monarch also granted her the power of other miraculous, which were then incorporated in the cartages on her sash. In terms of Adrien not noticing ladybugs affection for him, its just as Luka said, Adrien is surrounded by a forest of love and Marinette love was lost in that forest, causing Adrien to never notice her signals, and sadly, because of the events of Jubilation showing him that his love for Ladybug could be used against him and hurt others, Cat Noir now has now decide to try and avoid/give up on those feeling, its still there of course, but it is now lost in his forest, as a result, Cat Noir Can't see Ladybugs signals now that she is reciprocating his feelings.
Omg not only Natalie was incredible standing up to Gabriel's craziness, but it was so amazing to see the return of "Mister Bug" and "Lady Noir"
