I’m a leafs fan, but this was one of my favourite winter classics yet. Minnesota is a fun team to watch this year, exciting to see what Kaprizov will get done in the seasons to come.
Leafs are my 2nd favorite team. Oh boy do we have some winning to do! This spring will be definitely exciting for both of us. See you in the finals?👀 That would shake the hockey world
I just wish we had healthy roster so it could have been more competitive
@@Internut1985 The Wild did make it interesting in the 3rd period, but that bad 2nd period was too much to overcome. Hopefully, both teams will be more healthy on April 8 and April 16. They may face each other in the playoffs as well.
I will say, that this game may have woken up the team a bit. This is the best coached wild team in a looong time. The culture is what was missing when those two “vets” were here for 10+ years.
Its a bummer that we lost, but still a cool experience overall
Yeah would have been a even more special if we won, bummer but they have been playing great the rest of their games.

Очень душевная команда. Дину Эвансону и Биллу Герину можно гордиться такими ребятами. Такое бывает раз в жизни.
Их хоккеисты побеждают или проигрывают, но каждую игру мы видим отчаянную борьбу до последней секунды. Получая травмы, ломая клюшки, заступаясь за друга в драке эти парни с каждым матчем становятся всё ближе и ближе к Кубку Стэнли.

Coaches are doing a good job making MN Wild a team as a family. As fans we want to be seeing all of you another 3 years - and we want to see how far you can push this team each year.

Man I would have loved to play for this staff. The way Dean handled the "A" situation just straight forward with the guys was PERFECT. What a staff the Wild have.

Well, it's -8 Fahrenheit (-22 Celsius) as I type this at 11 pm local time. Supposed to get down to -16F overnight. Actually hasn't been all that bad this winter. Normally we get stretches of it being as cold as -20F to -40F. Sometimes for a week or two at a time. We even got as low as -52F a few winters ago.
@@nahnotsomuch2292 Wow, is it that cold?? surprisingly, it is warmer in Russia, in Moscow all January -5 -13 Celsius , there is a lot of snow and they do not clean the roads here at all, it is not possible to walk..

Hear the coach say “we should of walked out in short sleeve shirts, it would be legendary”. Yeah the blues did lol. Too funny that both teams thought of it.

I wish the wild added a second logo to the Jersey the way Nashville did in 2020. An older looking main logo on the shoulder.
You know what is amazing? They filled the Twins Stadium, sold it out. The Wild could do 5-10 Winter Classics a year, and they'd sell out the Stadium every time! Sure, there are Minnesotans that aren't Hockey fans but, statistically I think there are more Hockey fans in this State than there are non-Hockey Fans. MN has more Hockey Players, couches and staff on NHL Teams than the Canadians. Think about that!

Stupid response. They didn't play Wild hockey for 2 periods. The team admitted it. The goalie play was also weak.

The wild jersey in the classic should of been Minnesota wild not mpls st.paul that was stupid! All of Minnesota loves the wild not just those 2 cities. Big mistake boys. Otherwise a great uniform
