I watched a video where there was a discussion of a scientist in the mid 20th century who studied consciousness and ended up having a spiritual awakening. Even as a child I would have experiences of deja vu, particularly in places I wasn't familiar with. Even when I was a teen I wondered if I was in some sort of paradox and that everyone had some type of connection that we all shared despite physical appearance.
A past life in many modalities refers to the timeline in which the soul's avatar (body) no longer exists (died) in the video came (Earth simulator). The timeline can have all the non-linear lives in the years you've demonstrated. The soul does this over and over and over to gain experiences that the Earth can provide. (incarnations) The timeline that the soul currently has avatars in (alive) are called other lives. So in regression you can tap into "future" selves in the current timeline or "past" selves in the timeline and even past live's timelines to gain insights to help the avatar live the current life. You are right there are teachings that explain all of this and now science is catching up. So our bodies especially our energies centers (chakras) are used to send information back to the soul and again this is very old teachings. So the soul is too big for a physical body it will burn it off, so it sends a tiny piece that many times it is referred to as the higher self. That piece is supposed to sit in the center of the head (driver seat/ being present). If people learn how to do that they can then see the world and their experience of the world as a neutral observer of the body's experiences. I love the connection to science. ❤

Ok, I'd really like to get your take on agnosticism, and other religions. I am enjoying listening to your ideas, if for no other reason than it gives my sadness a direction to go to deal with these feelings, and I'm very scientific minded, so i absolutely have to understand things in universally identifiable, irrefutable ways or in frustrated. That being said, atheism isn't a religion. It's the default lack of any religion whatsoever. Ive spent most of my life as an athiest, and under no circumstances have any atheists I've ever known believed in anything beyond empirical evidence. We get pissed at Christians who are constantly trying to force others into their personal box rather than letting people follow their own paths, where correct or not isn't for anyone else to say. The arrogance can really make us reactive, as it's beyond egotistical to claim any one person has every single answer, or even knows anything 100%. That's the beauty of science. Sometimes we believe something is 100% true but we gather crucial missing data, and reevaluate our reality & what we hold to be true. Science has no ego in it. But stating any one of us can know, irrefutably, what God does or does not want others doing, is beyond arrogant. This is something we can never be truly sure of without being god, or even godlike. It's not in our nature. Someone like you, i believe, would understand what I'm saying, because you seem very intent on remaining on the path of gathering irrefutable evidence, and there's little i respect in this life more than keeping our feelings or desires out of our quest for knowledge, so i respect you quite a bit in this regard. But i do have to argue that athiesm is simply the lack of any religion. These days id call myself agnostic, if only because i have a better term for it today. But as an atheist, i absolutely did not ever have anything in my head regardjng anything remotely religious, unless the quest for knowledge can be considered a religion of sorts.

You're explaining the science from one who has experienced this. The big question is if you have to prove it to science so that it is accepted. How is that going to be possible? Theres a pretty high chance that science will disregard this being delusional about the existence of twin flames. Overall it doesn't really matter to me because only those who have experienced this will know its true. The ones that need this kind of assistance will be happy to know that you cracked that which has been lost.

The polarity / running chasing thing only happens when it still has the power to hurt. When a person has cleared their hurt / attachment their twin stops running.
