I love the content/ truth you share with us, Kurt. I met my Twin Flame back in 2008, but as I've stated before, I had absolutely no idea that he was my TF. I didn't even know what TFs were until maybe two or three years ago. Now that I have found this channel(August, 2023), I've gotten so many answers and helpful info. So, it has been a long time coming, but I feel like now that I know and understand what this journey is, I'm at peace and will be receptive when and if my TF decides to come back. It’s difficult to NOT identify with our thoughts & feelings when we’ve been doing it for so long. I’m reading the power of now and the untethered soul but it’s STILL a constant battle to remind myself, “Hey girl… what you think & feel is meaningless. Let it go.” Maybe I’m just too new to this and need to meditate more, but Kurt acts like it’s so easy to be like, “F your feelings”. Glad he arrived at enlightenment in six months but some of us are slow learners.
You don’t have to separate from your thoughts, it’s about allowing them to just flow without judging, just observing. I did transcendental meditation after I met my twin and experienced the obsessive thinking, which slowed the thoughts and created more space between thoughts until my kundalini awakening. Now I think less and experience more peace and calm.
We express ourselves through the mind. I have been taught that the emotions of expectation or negativity are coming from the ego. If we feel that any thought we express is not our own , or emanating from the true self , then everything becomes extremely confusing. I think this is not emphasised enough on this channel , or the private group. I have seen a few people become really confused by this.
He makes it sound easy so you do not get spooked about this. If you are a female DF try worlds cup of joe. They are approaching this from a similar angle but since they are both women they acknowledge often that it is not as easy as Kurt finds it to be for everybody.

I want my suffering to end as well. I did your course and am feeling a lot better, nowhere near the torture of the dark months during our first breakup. Now in second breakup, no communication but the last two to three weeks I’ve been feeling strange within and less thoughts of the other self but the mind still goes there from time to time. Can catch fairly quickly and get back to the now. Thanks for your wisdom and your help with this as it’s been difficult as I can’t talk with anyone about it and even when I talk with people I’m close to about my spiritual experiences they have blank looks and really can’t offer anything.
Going through my spiritual awakening, Kurt is actually the least mean. He has the secret to STOP suffering (and cope with the pain). Other coaches help you revel in it while offering temporary ‘relief’ through meditation, therapy, promises they’re thinking about you/coming back. That just makes the suffering worse by identifying and giving energy to the ‘problem’/lesson.

My tf isn't running no more. He just isn't talking to me. Well I know I can't text him so I just keep doing my thing. If he wants to come back that fine. But I don't plan on taking him back. Im just on a spiritual journey. Thank you Kurt, ur videos help me alot.

I never thought about it that way. Man I don't know what to think about that. Could it be why I can't stand the taste of alcohol? My tf atless the last time I talked to him he still had a drinking problem. Thank you Kurt, ur videos really do help.

I noticed as i move from thinking of the tf and random things that dont matter, my days are becoming longer and my ego/body is not used to it as it keeps wanting to rush to the outcome with everything instead of being in the present moment. Its super painful
My heart is in so much pain.. I got tired of chasing and so ended things but now I am resisting the urge to reach out… we are currently both in a position where we have no stability in our lives and being long distance makes it harder when we push, pull and push again. I’m just exhausted…

i’ve been watching your videos and i totally agree. the people who lash out just are hearing things they don’t want to hear so they lash out in pain and/or ignorance. it makes total sense to me that my tf and i are just incarnated at the same time and that this is my incarnations time to awaken. i used to think he had to. once i took that responsibility off my shoulders to do AND stopped waiting for him to awaken it was such a relief. i am 59 years old and have always been a seeker. if starseed is a real thing i relate to it. i knew my tf in hs but there was no romance or crush. i heard his voice talking to my daughter as i asked him to 3 years and 3 months ago 😂for her career as he ran a company in her field and it hit me like - what? wait? he likes me. my daughter said yes when you walked by and said something his voice changed. i chased a few times and he blew me off so i moved on. but he did have his company interview her and they stayed in touch as she took a diff job. i then found out a year later i had stage 4 cancer. i went through massive spiritual change and have beaten it after 3 surgeries. so i moved back to the same hometown a year ago after surgery three and realized again wtf i have a massive crush on him still!??? by jan i reached out and the chase began. he said he had a gf. he is divorced as am i. i heard he said he would not marry her so i kept chasing. i mean like a freak. obsessed. immense pain, knowing. doubt. repeat. it was my secret. constant numbers. constant astrology and tf books and videos. constant research on him. so he listened to my spiritual pouring out of my soul and he never cut me off but only gave short answers now and again saying its ok were good when id apologize. finally i told his friend i gotta get over him. 3 days later he asked me out. then he backed out. we talked and basically he explained why his life was so complicated and he wasnt going to marry the gf but timing not good. i said never ever then forever? he said forever is a long time. the chase continued. i think the gf found out. he would send emojis back - small comments - just enough. friends would say forget him thats rude!!! so second ask out was last week. i cant write a book here but out of the blue for my bday or the day after - lions gate. he didnt know it was my bday. well i had seen him at a distance with the gf at a biz event and they bolted out. i didnt look at him in the eyes but she gave me a mean look from afar. later he said sorry he didnt know what i looked like 😂😂😂😂😂 after not responding to my “ok i thought we were at least friends but you bolted” mind you. he is 60 years old . SERIOUSLY!???😂 so at first i accepted then put more on him - why exactly are we meeting? to get to know me better? obligation? i said id rather cancel or reschedule if he was only feeling an obligation. i was feeling such intense nrg i could barely function. i did not want to ruin my bday week. he said it was mainly an obligation and cancelled. so i was devastated several times and this last time i was like you know what? you DID see me and i dont trust you. good luck trying to forget me. see ya around. then i found you. NOW I GET IT. Im doing what my soul wanted me to. awaken in this incarnation. if i wanted to FEEL again it would be easy but now im like would i really want this tool of a man right now anyway!? no! i dont even care if ive been made a fool of or if people no. you cant stop the strength of my spirit. i am starting a new business and excited about life and manifesting like crazy. i want off the crazy roller coaster. will he come back? i really dont know. id lie if i said i dont care at all but really its a fantasy. he has proven where he is at. do i want that really? getting to ok if yes, ok if no. just want peace and personal power. i swear i can read his thoughts. crazy ride. dont wish it on anyone. but then again it pushed me so much further to be able to not care about rejection by him or anyone. just observe. try to find good in the matrix and play. I am my Soul.

Hi Kurt I have a question I met what I considered a twin flame as he projected my childhood back a lot of pain and trauma. But when I started my healing process I meet this other person that’s lived my same life. Dated a person with the same traits. Experience the same things as I. His daughter has my birthday, his sister has my daughters name. Our sun and rising makes the infinity symbol. The only thing is there is a nice friendly connection but no spark for me. Can you give some advice. I mean this goes as far as his mother has the same eye condition as my mom. We mirrored each other’s life.
Damn I stopped smoking and forced myself but I could not stop the thinking about my other self I could not do it until it ran its course it’s crazy 🤪 it takes time! I took Kurt’s program and I think it definitely helped.

I haven’t had contact with my other self since early 2023. I feel that I process information differently. This is probably due to autism. My other self is also autistic. Amazing huh 🤔
This could have easily been my other self writing what you wrote. I cannot diagnose officially but it’s obvious we are both neurodivergent. I observe this to be common amongst so called TFs.

Only the ego does care or get hurt. The soul, what you really are, doesn't care about anything, it is beyond what your ego is whining about. You are thinking with your ego. What you really are, the soul, only observe what is going on without any judgment.

Hi there Kurt! I am feeling desperate so I wanted to ask, maybe you'll answer. I have been seperated from my twinflame and he blocked me everywhere and doesn't want to see me and has a relationship for all I know. I have been feeling this immense physical pain on my right side (my heart, shoulder, back, brain, neck) and the intense feeling of pull/wanting to see him, get close to him. It's like a stuck energy and I can't ignore it. Whenever I focus on the pain and try to be aware of it, it wants me to go back to him. I am losing my mind but the only way I can see him would be to go to his work place or something and I don't want to hurt myself like this again. Any suggestions? Is this normal? The physical pain is so unbearable I don't know what to do.
Try quantum jumping to your most healed self, I went through this a week ago and I’ve felt fabulous since. I’m still working on myself and focusing on me - try it, if you need help, lemme know.
Have you read "Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle"? You have to stick to that book. Definitely, you're feeling desperate and miserable becos you're not at the present. You're neither thoughts nor emotions. You're the consciousness. Otherwise it will consume you eventually. Forget the Twinflame stuff, just read that book.

Do cutting cords meditation. It helps clear negative energy of any sort for some time then you must do it again. Sometimes our energy gets to attach to other ppl and it’s very heavy. Good luck
@@EdnaDomingues1 cutting cords will make it worse in this case. You can't cut cords with your soul. It won't work and they will go even more crazy. They have to align with soul and balance the fear based addictive energy.

Wht hppns when after getting in union and after running chasing stops with tf and all is fine and we spended time together too. And me just in Being and going with the flow from about a year..then also tf masculine runs sudden without any explanation after we spended some time together with his family....I am still in Being and going with flow .. but just wanted to be educated on this scenario. ❤???????..( there were some silly disagreements and argument but not serious enough which can cause him to run from about two mnths.)
