Hello from South FL, we have a drink in Hawaii called a "Lava Flow" cocktail. It's a mixture of light rum or coconut rum, fresh strawberries, banana, pineapple juice, and coconut cream. The way the strawberries mixture oozes along side the glass creates that flowing lava effect. It's my favorite and always order it when i go back home :)

Sorry its so late but it's basically an indian dessert made out of milk powder, deep fried and served in syrup its sooooo good you must try it
You're so imaginative Laura ^^ For a moment I thought you were going to booze them up a little, like I'm sure your Nonna would. I tend to do that myself, compliment my baking with some kind of liqueur-like adding limoncello to a lemon pound cake, amaretto to almond crumb cake or bourbon to pecan pie filling, etc.
Next will you share with us a recipe for Italian gnocchetti verdi? Spinach gnocchi are my childhood favourite food form when I was born in Rome ^^ Or how about some panzerotti pugliesi? I used to eat those for lunch every day when I lived in Milan, I'd go out to a local bakery during my school's lunch break to get them :3 Or how about some tender yet crackly chiacchiere with powdered sugar? Those were my mother's favourite, she'd always order some while drinking cappuccino at a cafe near her work during the weekday mornings.

Laura, I make Margarita Cupcakes! They are delish! Thanks for using the coconut flavor in the frosting! I'm going to use it on my Pina Colada cake which gets rum flavoring and, once baked, gets poked, then covered in cream of coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Yummy!

Me and my mom made it but instead of pineapple we used stawberry but for the toping we used ice cream with sprinkles with whipedcream and a cherry. It was so good
