Bside the whole sad ending and emotional stuff the writing and the directing was phenomenal...I'm usually good in guessing the ending of mystery and criminal movies or books pretty early so I usually don't enjoy them as much cuz where is the fun when I know what is gonna happen...but with blind they kept me on my toes until sunghoon was arrested... probably the best series I've ever watched

And who was number 24? And who was that restaurant guy how was he connected to hope welfare center?
No. The one that got his foot trapped was number 12, his name was In Sung and he was the son of the restaurant owner Lady. He died because his wound infected. Boy number 13, aka Yoon jae then took In Sung as his new name and then was adopted to the usa in order to hide. He likely also scarred himself so he could pass as In Sung if anyone from his past found him. Number 24 was the older brother of Charles. Charles (restaurant guy) and Yoon Jae meet at some point in the usa, Yoon Jae probably searched out the brother of his dead friend or they met on accident (story never explains that) Meanwhile Sung Joon (detective) had nothing to do with this, he only met the other children because of his parents. His father raped one of the Girls in the welfare center (implied to be Yoon Jae's older sister) and his wife covered it up. Sung Joon doesn't remember because of his amnesia and because Sung Hoon and Yoon Jae told him lies to help their revenge.
