This is my current situation. I just launched my career in the automotive industry and I have been on the sales floor for 3 days. Will be in training for the month of June, and my plan is to be comfortable in the environment. Let me ask you a question, if you were 23 years old and launching your career in car sales today what actions would you take to be the top salesman in 3 months?
Stay positive, keep quiet, take notes and ask questions. Just worry about being a better salesman than you were the day before don’t compare yourself to guys that have 15+ years experience. Take criticisms and learn as you grow. Stay hungry. You got this.

Solar Sales question: some of the guys on my team fee that a “trial close” (i.e. “If we met your expectations 110% would yall agree to put us to work for you today”). Some of my team feel that’s too pushy and antiquated. True?
Good stuff why not say that? Then if they don't buy you can say how did I fall short of the 110%?
