- In this video review we can have a detailed look at the entire contents of the packaging as i unbox him. Then we can see how he displays in each mode. Plus see how his accessories work and look again in each mode.
Then finish up with some comparisons of other toys of him, toys in the same toyline and other generations figures. - Zábava
It may be a nostalgic bias view, but the G1 figures have and always will be the better looking toys to me. The new stuff is decent, but just look cheaper and to hollow in build compared to the original lines.
It’s definitely what you think it is pal. But I’m exactly the same.
Hasbro should had taken advantage of this releases by making animated shorts to be released together with these toys as a marketing gimmick like in the 90s commercials. Actually that's what's missing from todays transformers releases, animated commercials even though they're not part of any of the continuity CGI animated shows. Make it even dated like 90s styled G1 or G2 animation.
I’ve not seen any advertising for these at all.
The first transformer that I ever ordered, for my son, was generations Thundercracker. I was absolutely blown away with the improvements in the proportions in articulation of the robot mode. When I tried describing how far transformation engineering had come since I was a kid, he was in disbelief. So I dug out my G1 Thrust. My son was horrified! Lol.
Haha he would’ve had a right shock seeing how basic it was
congratulations russ thats very greatest best amazing awesome review reissue animation seeker toys figurine skywarp decepticons the transformers g1 movie. thank you buddy toys are russ transformers have a great week-end god bless
Thanks a bunch!
@@ToysareRussI have toys figurine skywarp decepticons transformers legacy. you're welcome russ have a great week god bless
I still think the G1 seeker jet mode is the sleekest looking ever. It's such a classic.
I can’t see anyone disagreeing with you there
Nice review as always
I appreciate that, thank you
Awesome! I’m glad they still have diecast. I wish they’d do some Dinobot G1 retro figures.
That would be cool!
There are cheaper versions of dinobots G1 reissue. Around €40 per transformer
Thank you
You're welcome
I like how different the colours are to the original G1.
It’s a very noticeable difference
@@ToysareRuss But what I do find strange is that Skywarp's weapons are purple in the cartoon. Starscream and Thundercracker have their weapons in the color of their jet form, so Skywarp should have black weapons because his jet form is black.
I like that the triggers on the launchers are moulded in the same colour, but it makes me wonder why they didn't do the same with the other two.
I don't get the missiles. They should have just removed the springs from the launchers. It's certainly not down to it being a choking hazard, as the landing gear is the same size.
There is a guy that goes by Destron Designs that has made a colour-matched set of missiles for Starscream. I'm hoping that he does the same for the others.
I’m sure he will. It’s a no brainer.
Have you ordered the rest? They’re on hasbro pulse right now. Kickback, perceptor and shrapnel
@@ToysareRuss Bless you! I didn't realise that they were available and it's not even a pre-order. My order is in.
I was kind of hoping that they would be a staggered staggered release (although Shrapnel is for some reason). I hope it doesn't mean that we have to wait ages did the next wave.
I prefer the original since is a darker purple
You’re right it is.
Yay the trio is finally complete and they all do look good together and even Skywarp on his own looks great, I agree with what you said about the jet mode, that does look beautiful in all black. :) The box also looks superb. :) I do believe these 86 retro movie figures are only available in the UK via Hasbro Pulse, as they don't seem to be available for retail. At least not yet. Do keep up the great work. :)
I don’t think this toyline is going to retail.
@@ToysareRussSo then yeah, they'll remain as Pulse exclusives.
I have seen Thundercracker on Amazon
@@darren2514fv Likely a different version from the one we were discussing.
Why is the new transformers are becoming difficult to transform, can they make it simple to transformers like these new retro G1 damn it take me like 5 to 10 min to transform now i have to buy like two pair one robot mode the other in it's tranform.
I agree that some are way too complicated and just not fun.
What I do find confusing is the Megatron figure that comes with this version of the G1 Skywarp figure. Because according to the title it is 'Transformers the movie generation one'. In other words, Skywarp never used Megatron in that entire movie, only Starscream did.
It’s just a bonus bud
Hey man my g1 prowl broke I geting a new one in 2 weeks
Sorry to hear that. Glad you’re getting a new one
@@ToysareRuss thanks
@@ToysareRuss I use broken prowl as a dead body
this series hasnt stickers like the real G1?
It doesn’t have stickers because it’s based on the cartoon not the toy
I remember Thundercracker's packaging was very poor...the figure and ties were too big and almost every box was bulging or dented. Did they fix that this time?
I’ve not experienced that with any of the seekers I’ve had and in honesty didn’t even know about that issue
