Heart disease is the #1 cause of death worldwide. It’s important to understand these unexpected signs of heart disease so you can spot a potential problem.
There are two different types of heart failure:
    #1 Compensated heart failure:
There are no symptoms other than high blood pressure with compensated heart failure-at least at first.
    #2 Decompensated heart failure:
With decompensated heart failure, you could experience symptoms that are more widely known signs of a heart problem.
Common symptoms of a heart problem can include:
‱ Pitting edema in the lower legs
‱ Getting out of breath easily (especially during exercise or going up a hill)
    ‱ Fatigue
‱ Pain in the left arm
    ‱ Chest pain
    Unexpected signs of heart disease:
    1. High blood pressure
    2. Coughing
    3. Signs of dementia
    4. Low urine output
    5. Difficulty breathing while lying flat
    6. Awakening from sleep gasping for air
How to support your heart and help prevent heart disease:
    1. Take a mid-day nap (get plenty of sleep)
    2. Take vitamin E (tocotrienols)
    3. Consume vitamin K2 (fatty foods)
    4. Get on a low-carb diet (try Healthy Keto)

      Good Job Jay!, Really.
I'm 52, I am overweight "currently", I'm an old school Rocker/musician, I used to be a "Natural" bodybuilder throughout the 80's & 90's, alot of times I was up to 300+ lbs or hovering around 250lbs., I'm 5'11"- 6', I stopped the heavy lifting, creatine loading, and junk food.
Still battling weekly Whiskey drinking, with protégé/friends like the Abbott Bros from the band Pantera, and other Rockers and cowboys I've been around, it kinda molds a character, especially when writing songs.
      I'm working on it.
Done keto 4 yrs back after a double hip surgery, went from 283lbs, down to 208 in only
3 1/2 mos, doctor said I didn't need blood pressure pills nomore "at that time", now I have battled Depression & Anxiety for years and am doing the Keto diet again as I text this.
Problem is, maybe you can help or the doctor on this video, how do you know how much to actually "workout" while on the Keto diet?.
I honestly haven't worked out in a gym like I used to, for over a year and a half, I'm 60% weaker, I feel fatigued easily.
I work in a warehouse moving daily m-f, I get up at 3:45am and work til' 3pm usually, sometimes longer.
I've been prepping vegetables w/chicken or salmon, I DO have a banana in the morning and a C4 energy drink w/no sugar, lunches are salmon in a salad usually or scrambled eggs w/spinach and avocados all week, except my "reward day" where I eat some oatmeal and blueberries "on that one day", maybe even have a michelob lite beer or 3 at the most.
Any help, advice or suggestions you can give..would be extremely helpful and of high Thankfulness.
      Keep Rockin' it!
      Truly ~ Little Whiskey đŸ€˜đŸ»đŸ‘œ

Hawthorne berry might help . Do some research on that. Also, I read something about a six month protocol of using a version of niacin that specifically causes the burning flush in order to expand the capillaries and help clear out your circulatory system even out to the tiny fine veins in you skin, and at your extremities. Again, you'd need to do some more research for yourself, but those are starting points.

The unexpected condition of meningitis combined with endocarditis from the high fever of meningitis left me with a pacemaker, a patch to fill in the hole in my heart and mechanical valve. All from catching meningitis. I’ve just completed me third angiogram and the doc says everything seems fine and clear but he recommended I take Lipitor. Now if the test was clear, why would I take this medication ? Right ? Considering all the side effects as well. I made the decision not to and to stick to a fruit abs vegetable diet instead. Also, to follow any good recommendations that the good Dr. Berg has . Any other suggestions ?

So let me get this straight: The issue is never the issue! The body is systemic, not just a collection of independant parts. A symptom isn't just an ailment, it points to a bigger problem.
Your videos are so very helpful, I lost nearly 30 pounds in two months following your diet advice. I'm maintaining around 162# fairly easily. (I was down to 156#, but that was on a "Noro virus" diet for a week.) I actually was able to fit into my 1987 BDU uniform from when I was in the Army back then. It was tight around the waist and chest, but I could still button it. Strangely, the sleeves were a bit short. A lifetime of pushups, and my chest and shoulders are broader now. (We used to ask the question back then: "Do you want a medal, or a chest to pin it on?") I don't know anyone who can even begin to fasten their uniform from 35 years ago.
    Edit: I'm 5'11".

I am scared. I really wish I can cure myself of this condition. I can’t afford alternative medicine doctors as my health insurance doesn’t cover them. So now I have to manage my symptoms instead of curing myself. All started from GI issues, gastritis, and a hiatal hernia. Also gallstones and kidney stones, along with leaky gut.
