Cat !!!! This is sooooo cute !!! These neutral celebratory colors are SO calming ! I LOVE it ! And I also really love your minimalistic aesthetic ! It's the literal opposite of my planner style lol, BUT I really love that it works for your, your life, and aesthetic ! And that's why I love it ! So pleasing to the eye. Also, thank you for asking but I truly am doing well ! Stress and anxiety levels have significantly reduced since transiting the Panama Canal literally last week ! ⛵ I hope you're staying warm and taking extra good care of yourself this winter. 🥰

Hi, Cat! January has been good, with a few difficulties. I'm working hard to continue weight loss, but December and January seemed to have worked against me. I refuse to give up. I think my problem has been that I still see my weight as within my control and haven't properly given it over to God. Yes, I'm the one who eats and exercises, but I failed to properly acknowledge that He is in control of all of me. I'm just working to keep on track. He will make whatever weight loss I need happen as long as I stay focused on Him. Planning is going fine. I'm still enjoying the free-form life using a dot grid notebook. Thanks for the video! Hi!😊 This is so pretty! I love the colors😍 Those like watercolor circles look amazing!! I love exciting to decorate weeks, like birthdays! They’re just so special and fun. Crooked stickers are 50/50 for me. Sometimes I’m like it’s fine and sometimes it’s like it’s staring at me from the page and I have to fix it lol January has felt weird this year, both fast and slow, it’s really interesting and seems to be kindof going around lol I’m good though!👍🏽 We had a very mild December which was unusual but amazing otherwise I’d be wintered out by now. Good morning! It feels like this is the first week where everyone in my household is healthy... Honestly I'm waiting for the cat to get sick or something.
I have been in A LOT of pain for over a month. My life and health and anxiety has been horrible overall since I turned 40. I turned 44 on 1/21 of this year and for 4 years it literally has been one thing after another. I broke down crying the other day cause I couldn’t take the pain anymore. I literally Judy try to make it through each day the best I can. That is my non-sugarcoated answer. Thank you for asking. I hope you are well.
