I Trespassed To Mow This Tall Grass

This area has looked this bad for months, but it isn't entirely the fault of the contractors who have the contract. Can I mow it with the Ventrac after a night full of thunderstorms makes it a muddy, swampy, tall grass mowing mess?
Mowing tall wet grass in muddy or low lying areas can be very difficult, especially in a state like Florida where we have lots of water and not a lot of height to get rid of it.
This is a DOT (Department of Transportation) area right off an interstate merge/exit ramp. It is especially low lying due to this fact and has many areas that hold water and prevent standard machinery like zero turns or heavy tractors with bat wing mowers (which is what 95% of highway lawn maintenance is done with in my area) from being able to drive in let alone drive in and mow.
The Ventrac with dual wheel kit, kept in LOW gear, and with weight transfer on max putting the weight of the mower deck on the front wheels rather than the non-powered caster wheels mean I am able to work in conditions that the DOT contractors have had to ignore for probably months at this point.
I introduced myself to an employee of the company who had a contract to maintain 23 miles for I-10. He was impressed by the Ventrac and what it did, and a while later came back over to ask if I could pull him out, himself having got stuck in the terrible conditions. So naturally I helped him out, and then mowed the spots he couldn't get for him! I bet the boss (who was sitting in the truck) was wondering what in the world was going on!
