    Well explained......we should learn to say "NO" when we don't want to......to construct healthy boundaries is very difficult ....

    This was so wonderful, thank you! The only thing is I am going to think of it as my “sparkle” jar because sugar has a very negative connotation for me. I try not to eat it because it isn’t great for one’s health. Or I could call it my “honey” jar!
