Can confirm. Win trading in NA has been reported several times by big streamers and Riot does not take any action. And it's always super obvious in what they are doing.

my cousin was a challenger twitch jungle booster on EUW, most of the time he only accepted giftcards, preferably amazon than steam etc. as payments because its harder to get caught and dont need to pay taxes. He was playing 10-12h a day. He earned good money with it but he lost so much passion and temper with it.

Honestly i regret wasting years of my life playing league.
League of Legends was a daily activity for me since high school, i used to grind hours everyday trying to reach high elo and i did.
I eventually reached high masters but for what? sacrificed a lot of time , gave up on a lot of social events with friends and family and barely spent anytime with my dad who passed away a few years back.
Yes i made some money through boosting/coaching/winning tournaments...etc but god damn now that I look at it, it wasn't worth it at all.
I recently found my passion in programming and i figured that If I spent as much time learning programming.. as I did playing league, I would've been a god in programming by now.
I'm chasing a career in programming now, wish me luck!

Just pointing out that the chess game shown of a 13year old Magnus Carlsen(current world chess champion and goat level stats) vs (arguably the goat) garry kasparov that was shown actually ended in a draw. It was a well fought match and garry really had to work for the draw.

Thing about the lpl player wasn't completely true. Although he was plat it was on the Chinese server and he was master+ on the Korean server instead. He got warned and within a few days was within the range he was needed to be on.

5:10 let them boost, if they are. as a fellow bronze on my way to Iron, people do this all the time in rocket league. if you insta queue after a game you will always get someone from last game, it no longer becomes win or lose it becomes the finals in a tournament, and if you queue with that person or more 3 times in a row and win all 3 times, you get hit with the line "we farming you tonight"
then next game becomes brand new and the person is gone and you think to yourself, did he derank or log off...

kind of an interesting realization, more than some obscure fact but, Challenger is NOT ALWAYS the top 200 players. you probably already know this but there are usually players that will have more than one account in chally. so it could be top 199 players or less if more than one player has at least two or more chall accounts. so i think most of us know this but might not realize the trivia is comes with lol. anyway just thought someone might enjoy a little "oh yeah..." moment :)

Used to be Diamond a few seasons back but now I'm Silver. I stopped playing to win. Still fun.
if you don't care about your account. Try to make a new account and play only a few champs, learn meta abuse it. PICK COUNTERS PICK and watch your team pick and PLEAS DODGE BAD MATCH UPS. You can easily hit gold not even be good. Getting out from bronze its possible but really depressing and time-consuming better start off fresh.
@@kurrwa I don't mind actually staying and playing in the lower ranks. The bad part is the toxicity down there. Many people have this attitude that if they're not the worst player on the entire server you should uninstall the game and never play again (Yes, they don't want anyone ever to perform worse than themselves).
And btw: I've made several new accunts over the past decade in order to start fresh. I'm not so sure about its lasting effects.
@@kimmern999 lp dosen't mean a lot when your mmr is garbage. when you get your mmr stack you will get only players similar to your mmr. Yes, toxicity in lol or any other moba is huge because this game is based on team, not individual skill.

For anyone who seriously do not know:
So many current and ex pro players boost, even people in top LCS/LCK/LPL ect teams even boost from time to time, it's honestly nothing new and this happens all the time in any game that has a pro scene / competitive scene.
Does Riot care? Sometimes but one of the biggest reasons Xiao got in trouble is because he boosted way too much and it was cutting into his practice time and him actually playing on his high elo accounts during times he should of been playing as per pro team/player contract.
This means during downtime players can boost even if Riot or a team knows they won't REALLY care as long as it's not public or interrupting contract / pro games.

As a player who has hit rank 1 multiple times there’s a natural affinity you need to have. Partner that with hard work and you can go quite far! Find the right game though, don’t force it!

all this is right but the thing here is chall players get matched with dia 1 players depending on ppls mmr and the time ur playing so that just takes out the 3rd part of the video
I onced played DotA 1, HoN, & LoL with my friends back in high-school, I was Platinum in just less than a month after reaching lv.30
Now I’ve tried LoL once again and got Grandmaster in less than 6 months
Unfortunately I went back to DotA 2 after TI10
I’ll probably never going back to LoL, it’s a great game, & fun to play, but in terms of strategy, it’s too boring for me, I’m doing the same role over and over again, with the same itemization, I may have only less Champions but still those Champions that I have is enough to let me reach Grandmaster and most probably I’ll reach Challenger if I continue for like a year or 2
That’s just show and prove that you can spam the Champion for the entire time without any consequences
Unlike in DotA 2, if I spam Dazzle, and then in 1 game some dude pick Axe just to counter my every move, and after that game, there’s another Axe picker/Void picker just to counter me right from the start(Draft), which proves that the players tend to learn and adapt not just in-game strategy but also in drafting patterns
Not just in Hero-Counter but also in Item-Counter, like if someone is a Support-Silencer spammer and there’s s/he’ll always have that 1 game that his/her entire opponents are building Lotus Orb or Euls just so Silencer will become almost irrelevant in-game
Countering Heroes in DotA isn’t just in Draft & Itemization, but it’s also in Timings, which depends on their Roles
Like if there’s a Spectre in your opponent, even if your Draft doesn’t have Counter for Spec, the only possible way to win your game is to win with a Fast-Pace which is a Gamestyle that you’ll take over your opponent’s Teir 1 & 2 Towers and take over their resources like Jungle, Lanes, etc. because usually Heroes like Spectre or AM or Juggernaut are dependent on the time and resources but if some Team locks their time & resources they’ll be doing a hard time to win the game
OG vs Liquid TI9 Grandfinal is a great example for my point
Liquid were spamming Tide-TA, while OG was countering them with different kinds of method
In Game 2:
OG shows that Timings can turn the tides of the Game, you see Tide-TA is a great duo back in that time, as the Pro-Player(w33) who’s in that game said Tide-TA can do Push, Teamfight, Rosh, etc. which he is not wrong tho, but he forgot to mention that Tide-TA needs time, which OG countered them with Time, OG before that game with Tide-TA because they were playing with Spectre(Which is a Hero that rely on Timings) but in Game 2 OG tends to play the Game with Fast-Pace Drafts & Performance which was able to let them win in the Match
In Game 3:
OG shows that Counter can obviously win the Game, during that time Liquid was still confident in their Tide-TA which is a Draft that leads them to the Grandfinals, but unfortunately OG already read Liquid right from the start, OG countered every Heroes on Liquid, like Grimm counters Tide, Tiny counters TA, Pugna counters almost everyone like what one of the OG Player(Topson) said that Liquid’s Draft was 100% Physical and no Bursts
In Game 4:
OG(Or atleast Topson) shows that Itemization can situationally win the Game,
Topson(OG’s Mid-Core) in-game can no longer Liquid’s snowball due to Omni-Bristleback’s constant agression, but Topson showed an extraordinary out-of-the-box strategy that’ll able them to win the game, he forces his Itemization to really focus on Bristleback and Omniknight, so he built Diffusal Blade that burns the Mana of the Heroes, you see if Bristleback & Omniknight has no Mana then they’re pretty much just a useless Tanks in the frontline without any Damage and Contribution to Teamfights and since Bristleback & Omniknight is useless then Liquid is most likely gonna cripple, and that what let them loses the Game

Faker is being win traded, afkers, trolls , and so on and so on. There are betting websites who run down games on purpose to make sure he loses, so they get payed the cut out of the bets.
He is playing completely another solo Q game compared to ANYONE else. If he makes a secret account and nobody ever snipes anything out, he would 100% get top 10-50 easily.

On the boosting part, when I was around 14/15 one of my friends was masters in league playing only ad teemo top(might have seen him on a few streams back then) he did a lot of boosting but got banned from boosting sights for having too bad winrate
Well, doing what you love is sometimes veery different from what you live out of. They have different expectations.
Regarding pros and being low ranks in solo queue, just by watching a single pro match you'll see the major differences. I can't go over it in depth in a youtube comment and I'm sure it's covered somewhere else on the internet but just having a team that works well together and voice chat changes almost everything about how the game is played. The differences are night and day because pros practice with eachothers for tens of hours a week and when you're paid off doing well in a video game, you'd damn well bet they're gonna try to work together well. Being in an environment where you can play off other people and share information between each other, I can see how it would be difficult to climb when everything you're used to is taken away in solo queue.

Boosting will stay as long as people buy it, when I hit high rank RANDOM PLAYERS added me and asked for boost straight away directly in the league chat (???). I don't know how they found me. Almost all of my higher elo friends boost to some extent.

After watching this great video I have come to realize that the best player in the world is also currently the face of leauge which is Tyler 1. After Tyler gets challenger in the support role riot should award him with more then just being the face of leauge on twitch for a day, am I right? I want a Tyler 1 skin!
Tyler1 is not the best player in the world.
But he may be one of the best all around players that ever existed, and it kind of pains me to say it.
If I saw what he was capable in a professional team environment I might quickly change my mind but he needs a solid team and he would lose money doing it.
