These videos have been such a blessing. I have terrible insomnia and chronic pain. This is one of the first mornings after a restless night that I don't feel an overwhelming sense of dread. I've been working on trusting it all to the Lord so I might know peace.
If you haven't already, give an insomnia therapist a try. I did and totally returned my sleep to normal. And if that doesn't work there are medical approaches. My heart goes out to you, brother, that can be absolutely miserable. I'll pray for you.

Before sinning ask yourself “am I glorifying God in this action?” And if in the moment you think “no, and I do not care”, ask yourself “when the fleeting moments of pleasure pass, will I still not care?” How many times must you turn away from God only to run back to Him? The remorse you feel is good. It means God is working with you. You have conviction. Praise God for that. Keep getting back up. Keep asking God to not give your over. God’s way is the best way. Any deviance of His will leads to your own downfall. You know this. You got this. God bless you.

When I feel that guilt and unworthiness, that “again? Seriously man? I thought you said not anymore!?!” I get down on my knees and pray the Jesus Prayer. “Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me a sinner.” (There’s loops of this as a song) I also recommend reading psalms or listening to different psalms people upload to CZcams. some of my favorites, Psalm 51 and Psalm 139. I’ll pray for you, brother.
remember this when you feel temptations: what would Jesus do in this situation? act like Him for He is the only Holy God who loves you ❤pray to Him for strength to beat the temptations and He will help you
