Halloween is coming.
Today, I made delicious gnocchi cream pasta with pumpkin.
To find the soft and chewy ratio,
After many attempts, I will introduce a delicious gnocchi.
The shape is cute, but I made it and it tastes so good, 😘

*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), teaspoon (tsp) (not measuring spoon)
[2 servings/ 22~23 pieces]
✤ Dough
- 90g Mashed pumpkin
- 90g Mashed potatoes
- 100g All purpose flour
- 40g Potato starch
- 2g (0.7tsp) Salt
✤ Cream Sauce
- 3Tbsp Mashed pumpkin
- 26g Chopped garlic
- 100g Chopped onion
- 15g Unsalted butter
- 170ml Milk
- 150ml Heavy cream
- 25g Parmesan Cheese
- 2-3 pinches of salt (adjust to your taste)
- A little black pepper
✤ Decor
- Rucola
- Pumpkin Seed
✤ TIP
- The moisture content of pumpkin or potatoes varies depending on how they are boiled, so the amount of flour may also vary.
- Please keep the ratio as much as possible. The more flour you add, the firmer the texture.
- It is better to grind the pumpkin and potatoes so that there are no lumps.
If you mash it with a masher like me, you will see lumps in the dough, so you have to knead it a lot.

I made this with my sister the other day and it turned out amazing! It was a bit time consuming to make all the little pumpkins but not that hard, and the end result was entirely worth it. The gnocchi were so amazingly soft and chewy with a sweet pumpkin flavor and nice crisp bottoms. We added sausage and kale to make it more of a full meal. It was just like autumn on a plate! Thank you for the wonderful recipe delicious day! 🥰
Great. And my dumplings turned out to be dense (And the dough was sticky, I couldn’t make cuts with a knife, as in the video. I made it only on top of the strip.
Agreed! It was time consuming but it’s sooo delicious, and very rich! The chewy yet slightly crisp texture of the gnocchi was super satisfying. It was nice on an average chilly Alaskan day (: I’m definitely going to make this for my Grandma next time she visits, she loves pumpkin and this recipe reminded me of her.

Что могу сказать: рецепт интересный. Единственное что тесто липло к рукам - пришлось на доску налить немножко растительного масла. И ножом не получалось так катать шарики... лишь сверху еле-еле придавливал. Клёцки получились плотные по структуре. Скорей всего, должны были быть мягенькими. Не знаю, где ошибся.

If you're gluten-free or have celiac or IBS, you can use oat flour instead of all-purpose. You can make oat flour at home by blending oats. Hope this is helpful!

you know most oats are contaminated with wheat because of processing right? you've got to get labeled packaging and it costs your right nuts to pay the fee.
Even if the oats are IBS friendly, the rest of the ingredients are not. Just saying. Garlic, onion, cheese, cream and milk are high fodmap. Please do some research before pretending to care about issues that clearly you don't experience.
