I find it the opposite, playing against SE has been great for my mental health. When Snake Eyes combo, and I don’t have handtraps, I know I have a few minutes until they finish, so I take the time to meditate, finish chores, or do parts of my routine I hold off on (this isn’t even a joke, not long ago I took the time to do my skincare routine while they were popping off, came back, then activated Dark Ruler into Evenly).
I’m convinced when it comes to match ups the computer justs puts someone against u who has damn near all negates for your deck, but somehow gives “U” a(h) hand that’s supposed to play through it 🤦🏾♂️

Take a full out backrow deck and you get feather duster left and right, take same type monster deck and you get totallt improbable non meta anti summon decks left and right, etc. Sure 50 games is not a lot but still. My best win streaks are whenever I mix all kind of cards in my deck, even if the deck is weaker the match up seems much better.
It is rigged how can you can only have one copy of harpies feather duster but everybody has it in their hand at the beginning make zero sense to me And can somebody explain to me when a card says is not affected by any card effects but then gets banished a second later
It is rigged, you can just tell by having cards like PSY Delta, Lovely Lady Labrynth etc... on starting hand despite 1 copy. I tested it many times as well

One thing I've learned after playing yugioh for so long: They always have the perfect out in their hand and will always top-deck said out if the didn't already have it. You just have to get lucky and bait it out.
Something I’ve noticed is a lot of “meta” decks can’t do anything if the first card is negated or stopped etc, most of my decks don’t have this problem and still have plays because I don’t rely on meta
They special summon Snake Eyes Flamberge Dragon (it looks like a blueish worm or something) then activate Maxx C (the speaker looking card) and activate Ash Blossom (I'm not sure how to describe it) I don't know what the spell was Maxx C lets you draw every time your opponent special summons for the turn so it's often ran in MD since a lot of people special summon a bunch Ash Blossom can negate one of 3 different effects including Maxx C's

Like, you NEED to bring like half a deck's worth of staples before you're allowed to start adding the cards you want to play if you want to dream about playing your deck in a match, instead of playing your combo opener and getting: Effect Veiler'd, Ashed, Ghost Belle'd, Called, Maxx C'd, Imperm'd, etc. I

Relatable. This is how I feel playing master duel. I don't even know, why I still play it at this point. I don't even think it's fun anymore. Either your opponent let you play, or you let let them play.
I think that master duel algorithm don't put 2 random hands separately, he take your two decks, calculate the success rate of each, then make hands simulations until they both have a total 50% success rate hands, then start the duel, that's why most of the time when I have a shitty hand, my opponent also have a shitty hand
it basically . Prey your shuffle or Ai shuffle ( master duel ) Ash blossom or MaxxC or maybe call by the grave to you hands first , then basically you win the match if you are lucky they have no card to Start the opening 🙃

While I do sometimes quit my turn after a Maxx C, if I'm confident I can get enough indestructibles and or negates on the field before my opponent draws nibiru I go for it anyway
This is the painful feeling that when I need to win the duel to rank up in ranked duels, I start with a bad hand and my opponent has a good hand (cheating hand), to make me quit the match and having to redo my winstreak over again.

I'm an old player, don't like meta but I have some good decks, Swordsoul with ringowurm, Salamangreat, cyber dragon, burn... When I play the salamangreat in solo mode I have godlike starting hand, when I play i ranked I brick on hand traps... When I play swordsoul people have nibiru or imperm first turn... When I play burn I face people who play a low rate deck instead of a spam special summon snake eyes. Struggle is real 😅
