I signed up. You sold me. I researched all day yesterday. I called and talked to them yesterday. Signed up last night. And let me tell you. They are killing it in just 4hours of receiving my calls. I am so stress free this morning. I know itâs too early to judge but Iâm already in love and see the value in this.
Haha. You were "ready". That's awesome brother. Glad to hear.
I do heating and cooling. I have 6 employees. My phone rings all day. I havenât been able to keep a office lady. I hated my business. I feel like my phone doesnât stop. Itâs nuts how you could even think about quitting while being successful. I was angry at my phone for even ringing.
Now I can focus on being a leader and a tech. Iâm slowly getting closer from being out of the truck but I couldnât sustain the juggling much longer.
@@mattkolf2 that's awesome man! I'm signing Monday!
Hello Matt, I can help you by taking calls as a receptionist, I can work 11 hours a day, I speak english and spanish, I have 4 years of experience, I you are interested please reply
You still with this company? Are you happy with them? How much does it cost?
Bro, the over the shoulder angle "Come on!" was amazing it cracked me up for some reason. The editing is looking good for sure. Even your sponsor driven videos are some of my favorites all around due to your style of delivery. Thank you for all of the work you put in for our community, you have helped me more than you can imagine and I know that there are countless others like me. I appreciate you brother, keep it up!
This means a lot to me. Thanks man.
Keith, Iâve been making massive growth in my business this year. You were the major contributing factor on that. Thanks, dawg.
That's awesome brother.
Congrats and many blessings to you and your business.
Same here Keith. Thank you for the motivation and being an example of what hard work is. Life is getting better and better and it's all thanks to you. Thank you Keith
This means a lot to me. Thank you so much.
My life sucked for a very long time.
So when I finally figured out how to make it.
My first priority was to start a CZcams channel and help others.
I'm serious. Thank you.
@@keith-kalfas nah man thank you. I dont think you realize the effect you have on people. I was straight up about to quit my lawn care business in March I was just done man. Super depressed thinking about leaving my family because I felt like such an embarrassment not because I didn't love them but because I felt like a bum who couldn't provide for them. Since march I've let go about 40 clients and gained about 60 clients better paying and less work I'm at about 110 clients and doing much much better. Got a bunch of new tools cause business is good and looking into another truck and possibly more employees. You dont when know what you did for my family man. My wife thanks you too usually she's so pissed when I'm on my phone but she knows I'm binge watching your videos and trying to learn and she's totally cool with it you're awesome man myself and my family will always be grateful to you
me too, im currently pulling my miserable ass out of the hole with your help keith.
Jill's office is đ„đ„đ„đ„
We are on their top tier package. Spend like 300 to 400 a month. That's chump change for every call to be answered. Highly reccomend them.
U rock Keith I followed u for last several years your personal and professional growth is impressive Iâm an old man window cleaner in Las Vegas into bob proctor think and grow rich before u were born keep on pressing on with self education always remember the greatest room in the world is the room for improvement luv to meet h someday
Great job Kieth! This seams like a great method. Basic plan was $97.50 per month for 50 minutes of them answering. Then another plan at $212.50 per month for 150 minutes and two more plans higher than this. I wouldnât mind trying this service someday when I grow my business.
Why grow?? If your small and only get maybe 5 calls a week letâs say 5mins every call 5x5 25min so In other words you get 10 5min calls. Now think about how quick they will be cuz they canât answer any technical questions cuz they arenât you đ so it wonât even be a 5min call
Nice.
Hey keith i lost my big contract with my lawn care i did so much and worked there 3 days a week and the invoices got to high and they got rid of me after 4 years need a video about getting put down and to get back up . once a door close two more will open i did real go watching your video and helped me when my brother girlfriend won't even hire me because she don't want to fire the person that mows there grass i got over it and i don't even want my brother yard now because of your videos to motivate me ty
Great video! Thank you for posting. Iâm a hairstylist do you think this can work for me? I am thinking of signing up. I have so many clients and new ones calling and texting emailing and social media daily. Iâm so over whelmed with scheduling and follow ups.
Dudddddeeeeeee thank you this video is great
You're welcome
Editing and video quality going âïžkeep up the great work, your videos have helped my grow my business and your tips help me keep my head up!
love what you do, but the music though. learning a lot from you.
RingWave seems like a good alternative too for US-Based call center support. Starting plan is just $499/month
I know this is off topic but, what do you do for shoes/boots?
Best get up and go landscaping shoes that last?
I wear Carolina or Chippewa logging boots when itâs not too hot. Danner fort Lewis police boots polished up nice when making sales or estimates and Iâm also researching Danner low cut boots that donât have a tall heal like my loggers so Iâll get those for the dog days of summer. I wear 5.11 taclite pro pants. They make them in shorts too but coupled with the low cut Danner boots will keep me cooler and I can walk quickly because the low cut boots are more like hiking boots that style where they donât go up high like my loggers do and have no heal. Those taclite pro pants look amazing. Tdu green are my favorite and if I could only wear one pant the rest of my life for work or personal use ide go with them. They arenât cheap, like $50 a pair and the pockets wear out after 3 years or so sometimes where you carry keys but I love them. Cool and comfy and look amazing.
Keith, will you be at the Illinois Arborist Convention on Tuesday and Wednesday hanging out with your friend Daniel? If not I will tell him that you said HI. :-) Your videos have gotten me more into learning about trees and growing in tree trimming services. Bill
Hey what's up bill. I got your letter. Thanks man. Tell Daniel I said hello.
I wish I could be there.
@@keith-kalfas I am down here now. My dad paid for my room!!! I have been watching Daniel's channel because of you and I have learned a lot from him. Business is going good this year. The best year so far. Also I have learned from Brian the lawn guy and changed how I mow yards and stuff. All of you guys make a difference because you share the struggles that nobody eversshares with a newbie.
Great editing keith
Haha thanks. Spent a lot of time in this one.
@@keith-kalfas You did good if you dont mind me asking what editing program are you using or would recommend for me to use i just started my buisness this year and really need to up my marketing game so i been listening to your advice and start posting videos? Your my internet video mentor i watch your videos everyday
What about emails? Do the answer emails as well?
will they still charge me per minute even when its spam or "google specialist" ?
Did you ever consider purchasing a virtual bookkeeper for your business? I got injured recently so no squeegeeing for a while but still able to do my bookkeeping gig.
when you say they book appointment is that a phone call with you to call later or actual estimate?
An actual window cleaning job 100% sold and booked over the phone based off sq.ft. of home.
Landscaping ones are booked estimates.
@@keith-kalfas I had the same question. Thanks for clarifying for us!
Great question!
Keith, per our last conversation I delivered your message. I walked up to Daniel before I introduced myself and politely told him I was asked to deliver a mesage. I told him Keith said Hi. Keith Kalfas. He said he might have meet you a few times. I introduced myself to Daniel and we had a good convention. Also He told me to deliver a message to you. daniel says hi. lol
Haha.
@@keith-kalfas Also on a topic discussion for you. I made the call last night. Currently all of my mowing jobs are on hold until further notice. I will work in the heat and cold but the heat index is suppose to be 105-110 in Kenosha, WI. I told all of my customers I will not be going out in this type of heat because I can not keep myself hydrated enough no matter how much I drink. I am going to mow 1 yard around 7:30am but then I will be done for the day. I care for my customers but I also know I have to take care of myself at the same time.
And I can't say how nice Daniel is. I not only consider him a friend but a colleague also.
Im from michigan
whats up keith
How did this work with the minimum pricing? Were you able to communicate to Jill's office that your service business has a minimum?
Do you want any more work please tell me I am looking at work
Jill Office is expensive. What is the average time of a phone call? So for $335/month, I get only 150 minutes. Customers always have questions so let's use the low side of if a customer has questions and the phone call last 2 min. That's 75 potential customers for the month that we are relying on Jill to close the deal on. Risky but not bad. I suppose you gotta trust somebody.
Nice video Keith. But isn't using Virtual Assistants in the Philippines cheaper and better... as these guys are doing that anyway?
Sorry. No. Definitely not when it comes to answering your daytime business phone line.
However VA's in the Philippines are great.
It got bad reviews
AllPro Americas Lawn and Tree Service where? I see nothing but positive
@@mattkolf2 I have Verizon you think that would matter
there are a couple but hard to find since it's a brand new company. Most are from family and friends reviews. lack of experience in my book.
Im not even overwhelmed with the calls... its all the "we are just following up on that business funding request ypu made" calls. Ive never requested it but I get 5 or 6 of those calls a day and of course "Google verification" spam and leads generation spam calls. 1 in 10 calls I get are from actual customers. The rest are spam. Why harrassing people is legal is beyond me.
Yessir
Been watching every video . But having a hard time getting store fronts. They lie to u.. why? Its so obvious..
But we have to drive farther as we live in a town of 395 people...
395 ppl. What's the nearest major city? I know it's tough but there's always a way. Hang in there.
BEMIDJI... that's about 50 minutes from us. So we will go there tomorrow. I think he is having a hard time pricing. We did an entire restaurant inside and out for 45 $ yesterday.
I told him this is crazy. You way under bid this. But he is so afraid people will say no.
I'm completely different on him on this. So we butt heads sometimes.lol... but we have to make money this week. Doing a lot of praying, because my husband lost his job, and if we don't have our mortgage by this Friday they will foreclose. That's 2 payments behind. So disheartening.
Thank you so MUCH . Still listening to your motivational videos.
Thank you
Nancy and Greg
@@keith-kalfas Guess what Keith, God answered my prayers. We made enough money. I just want to say Thank you for your video's, they are truly inspiring âĄ
Last but not least, I watched your I am ability..... I posted a song for you to share to your wife. I really hope you do. He's a great friend of mine, and he is also a blessing in my life too. I will put the link below, dedicate it to ur wife. She will love it!
God Bless

White Oak Farm hope things are going well for you this month. Glad God provided your needs through your husbands choices. There is a principle that Dave Ramsey teaches which I call the 4 walls principle. Pay to keep the 4 walls around you and the lights on. Followed by everything else. Youâre doing that which is great. When it comes to pricing jobs and you are correct that your husband is worth more than xyz per hour but does he believe it! It took me four years to realize that! Keith has or at least had an audiobook on Audible on window cleaning ( you can get a free trial for a month with an email and debit card download his book and cancel the free trial) His book is well worth putting the time in to listen to it. He talks about split level pricing and I have increased my rates because of this technique. If his cheap storefronts pay the mortgage and your split level pricing brings in more revenue eventually you can get financially stable enough to increase your prices on the cheap restaurants or drop them altogether. If you need help putting together a budget or planning that way let me know you can find us via a google search. Remember he is faithful!
If I'm calling a service company, especially landscaping or grass cutting, I'd prefer to speak to the owner of the company. But that's just me.
How can the owner pickup the phone is he's on a lawnmower?
How can the owner pick up the phone of he's in the middle of moving a large boulder on a landscape job?
good thoughts. but eventually if you want a business to grow, you have to manage and not be another worker.
That's too much to ask. The owner should have replicated his processes and that should be good enough
Nothing wrong with that but a business may have to wait longer to speak to the boss and a good leader will have other good service members on his is her team so overall they all should be just as good as talking with the boss especially once they are trained well to understand questions. I would only need to talk to a boss if there was an issue they werenât able to resolve. As long as the employeeâs can guide you through the process and help than I wouldnât mind. But again nothing wrong with wanting to speak to the boss perhaps you are just seeking a smaller more personable experience with your provider idk.
Does jill have an Indian or foreign accent you cant understand.
No. There in Utah.
Oh so like out in NSA utah... Jill's one bad bitch then lol.
Is this what you call an infomercial. Unfortunately, many ppl in blue collar jobs are oblivious to this stuff. Shouldn't you label it a commercial?
Im a fan of you but jills office charges a set up fee of 250 plus the weekly service plus the minutes.
They don't sound professional and they can't always answer the phone!
Have you checked RingWave? no set up fee
Obviously sponsored. At least let us know dude. #Ad
