  • If you are feeling like you need more time in the day, and you just can't get all your jobs done because you are weighed down by taking calls, complaints, scheduling estimates.... the list continues. Using a call center to take your calls while you are out working, put estimates on the schedule for you and take call backs can free up time for you to focus on making sure your customers are taken care of in the big picture. At Augusta we implemented the Command Center to help our home branch, as well as help service our 50+ locations around the country. See how it all works!

    I use a call center. Brings your company up to the next level. My cell hardly ever rings now. Another benefit, no junk calls.

    You are a great speaker. Mike should have you do more videos. It was disappointing that you didn't discuss pricing for this service.

      Hi Jon! I made a video last week breaking down the numbers of a call service ✅👍🏻

    Mike do you show us how to build our own command center at LANDSCAPE SUMMIT CONFERENCE:?

    • @MikeAndes
      @MikeAndes  Před 2 lety +1

      Not at conference since it wouldn’t be super beneficial to most of the participants but I would definitely answer questions about it during Q&A ✅👍🏻

    Hey Mike what would you charge to clear out a 25 x 50 foot area of very overgrown brush and high grass? I don’t want to screw up this estimate for tomorrow. I was going with $1,100 since I’ll be bringing it to the dumps. Let me know if this price sounds reasonable

    Another huge issue I have . Is trying to afford the extra service for me. It makes sense to hire out a call center . Which I've had a few calls from & spoken to a few reps for. However between merch - lead gen - website upkeep - maintenance - equipment acquisition- employee costs - it seems difficult to justify spending on a manager for calls. When most all of my lead generation services account for the calls received in detail on their database. ( does not account for organic calls or calls from lead gen. wjthout database )
    However the only issue is that doesn't BOOM answer the phone & get a customer interested etc. Without me . Like listed in the video stopping the productivity of the day to discuss with a potential client the project at hand. Or having to push it off till later. Which is detremential to potentially closing the job. In a nutshell it's foolish to not have a call rep. However allocating the funding is the biggest challenge of the entire process.

    My biggest fear is losing leads or missing them. Because someone I don't know is answering etc. Scary af ... I guess you've just got to jump & pray to fly.

    I completely disagree. There is no replacement for speaking directly with the business owner or at least someone in their office that can immediately handle questions or concerns. Call centers only benefit the owner of the call center ($$$).
    I follow your channel and like most of the content you put out, but this one would be a complete waste of money.

      If only you, the business owner can answer the phone there’s not much of a business you own…you own a job that can’t be scaled past you. Most questions are very similar in nature and can easily trained with a professional call center. In the rare occasion the owners voice is really need the call Center can schedule a time for callback which cuts down on playing phone tag

      Name a multi million dollar company where you can get the owner to answer the phone when you call

    • @mikeh1564
      @mikeh1564 Před 2 lety

      Notice my original comment said “the business owner or at least someone in their office”. Most larger businesses have some type of office staff that can answer customer questions. A call center is usually a third party vendor that handles calls. A very small percentage of businesses (even outside of lawn care / landscape) use the services of call centers.
