He’s right. And people will defend their favorite brands, especially if theirs don’t have the typical problems the brand has. I’ve had a few brands, I’m a Kawasaki guy because of the Ninja branding I saw as a kid, and I prefer the ride and look over others. However, the GSXR is on my list of favorites I’ve never had.
Because not nearly as many people are brave enough to own Aprilia. Most people who I tell that I ride an Aprilia say “never heard of it”. Because they don’t spend nearly as much on marketing compared to say Ducati. But I love my Tuono. The only thing I wish Aprilia did was offer more options when buying a new bike. You basically only get a color choice and factory or base model. But the exhaust note makes up for that lol
BUT BRO I GOT AN APRILIA JUST CAUSE OF YOU 😭😭😭 Haha nah, but I’ve had my 09 Shiver for a couple months now. Things a beast and no problems yet. Can’t speak for the previous owner’s experience tho lol.
Which is sad....because there is NOTHING I would rather have than a Tuono. The sound is intoxicating. But our local BMW/Ducati/Aprilia in my city blows chunks on service.

I have a k4 gsxr (the burnt orange and black one) and the gixxer jokes make me smile. And i dig the loop the video makes form the end into the begining again🤙. Cheers from South Africa
0 the reason that everybody trashes GSXR for being janky. It's because every motorcycles janky when it makes it 150,000 miles. If you buy one of the premium tier brands just don't expect it to make it to 150k without needing a crap ton of work.
I don’t care if Ducati is faster or slower or it’s expensive in maintenance, I’m just in love with their bikes, I don’t know why I just want one soooo badly!
I have a k7 gsxr 1000, I bought it 9 years ago in perfect factory condition, I upgraded it with racing brake hoses, custom air intake, Yoshimura exhaust, aggressive engine remap and a few other minor things, amazing handling, 206hp at the rear wheel, never broke down, In 2020 I bought a almost brand new gsxr for the daily, but the k7 is still the main face at the every track weekend.
Maybe but it’s a tight ratio engine that they use. It’s like a Lamborghini needing servicing after getting gas (just a joke) means that Aprilia needs to be taken care of and serviced properly and on time. Yes they’re expensive but damn they are amazing bikes too.
I’d say Ducati as a brand is the worst because all you see or hear about it is poor reliability, expensive maintenance and a lot of influencers see it as a status symbol. I have a 2008 Ducati 1098 Tricolore because I like the previous model Ducati’s doesn’t mean I bought it for status.
I had a buddy that bought two Aprilias one for him, one for girlfriend. Both developed oil leaks...back and forth to dealership before traded them both in. The issue never properly handled or fixed.
I owned my 2022 tuono 660 factory for less then 48 hours and less then 400kms and it’s in for warranty work for oil leaking out of the water pump. I just hope this will be the only problem I have.
I really wanted a Tuono but I was coming from a lemon from another brand. The reputation for being unreliable lead me away from a Aprilia. Beautiful and impressive machines though.
I thought this was about motorcycles, but apparently its about a guy that wanted to get his MBA. If he actually rode bikes he might think differently about Aprilia. Maybe watch a little MotoGP? Poor little man.
My Tuono 660 has been perfect so far. The only thing stopping me from stepping into the V4 is the addition of 117hp and feeling like I should have a step or two in between mine and that.
I have a 20yr old Aprilia RST1000...and I LOVE IT!!! No issues. They are prone to electrical issues like all bikes from the early 00's...but mines still Brrrraappppping along!
Horsepoop. I owned a 2015 Aprilia Caponord 1200 And it was one of the most reliable motorcycles I ever owned! I put nearly 40,000 miles on that motorcycle riding from the Northeast all the way down to the dragon back-and-forth a couple of times, and all over the Northeast on weeklong adventures on road and off-road. The bike was flawless.
Unfortunately I had a cursed Caponord, an electrical gremlin was burning stators, too bad because I loved that bike, loved the clunk of the gearbox, the way it handled (without the topbox) , and the overall look. It was a lemon, and a rarity, the dealership went the extra mile when I traded it in ...to make up for it being in the shop more than the road.
I wanted a Tuono but the fact i live at least 4 hours from any dealer turned me away from them since I know they tend to be fairly maintenance heavy. I'd still love one though.
I’ve had 2 Aprilias. Did I absolutely love them yes, did they leave me stranded, have strange problems, and I would never trust them for a road trip also yes.

How fast does it go? I'm from Argentina and you cant find those bikes here, I bought a Bajaj NS 200 (it's from India), that's one of the most sold bikes here, it goes up to 140kmh or 90mph I think, I rode 2000km on it, it didn't show any broken thing yet
You better find it and get it sorted out! Otherwise, you will just be proving him right eventually.
@@anongolico those things don't break that easily
I had a oil leak twice on my 22 rs660 and just sold it because it was a ticking time bomb but don’t mistake I miss it everyday it was a joy to ride and look at
@@sexteazi doubt it was a serious issue, get a bit of mechanics knowledge and you’ll see
Wait till he buys an MV Agusta lol
Thanks for the head up i think im going to biy a gixxer now
Buy..
See what I mean
@@Roller-01 bore off
That's definitely a bike you'll have for years. Great bike low maintenance.Ride safe.!!
buy ya a R1 instead
Nothings wrong in this bike mate 🤷♂️
I love it when you make fun of us GSXR’s.
I loved the hand sign for squid.
:)
I like your sarcasim on this. Ive had Aprilia's since 2001. Nothing better. Yet how many beemers are throwing rods? 100s!
100% agreed
He’s trying to say their branding could be better, not the bikes in actuality. Hes speaking on how others see the brand
My sarcasm comment was to acknowledge that point.
I promise you Subarus are throwing more lol
Riding an RSV4 is the purest clarity
I want to know your thoughts on rsv4 660
RS 660 not rsv4 660
Rsv4 is the name of the V4 model .. hence the V4 at the end of rsv4.
The small bike is called rs 660
@@DrKampfpudding who u replying too?
@@SniperUnit007 who you replied to
@@DrKampfpudding ah ok2 I thought u are referring to me
Because not nearly as many people are brave enough to own Aprilia.
BUT BRO I GOT AN APRILIA JUST CAUSE OF YOU 😭😭😭
Haha nah, but I’ve had my 09 Shiver for a couple months now. Things a beast and no problems yet. Can’t speak for the previous owner’s experience tho lol.
Ong💀 just bought a 2007 tuono 1000r
My once old man told me, buy what vehicle really wants you to buy, eventhough others will slander buying your choice
No issues on my tuono 660- almost 8k miles
How’s it holding up up
@@bound6172just rode it last night. No issues. I think it just depends on what you end up with. I got the extended warranty just in case
I'm pretty chuffed with mine and it's quite rare being a shiver 750 as you don't see many of them around.
This man can talk some cobbles
So little people complain about it because so little people actually drive Aprillia because of the price tag that goes with it.
100% right bro
Your brain needs a hard reset if u really think that 🧠💥
Which is sad....because there is NOTHING I would rather have than a Tuono. The sound is intoxicating.
But our local BMW/Ducati/Aprilia in my city blows chunks on service.
"Doesn't change the fact....." video cuts off😂..thanks dude😂
"Doesnt change the fact that aprillia is the worst sport bike brand" its supposed to be a loop...
@@andreasj1256that's just down to bad editing, don't stop a video halfway through a sentence..point still stands. Obviously it's a loop .durr😂.
like the idea that the Big 3 are infinitely reliable... while mostly true, the ones that do get a major issue sure as hell don't feel that anymore... probably feel even worse.
I have a k4 gsxr (the burnt orange and black one) and the gixxer jokes make me smile.
And i dig the loop the video makes form the end into the begining again🤙. Cheers from South Africa
Hey man me too, one of the best looking bikes ever made
People buy a high strung race bike and expect it to be a honda…
Just thought I would let you know that as soon as I see any of your videos, I move on right away. The money sponge drove me away long ago.
Him and all the other basic bitches
Is it just all models are bad? Bc I actually would like one. Specifically a tuono v4.
GSX-R is the best imo .
I respect you now!😅
Had a 2007 Tuono 1000r. Extremely reliable. Never missed a beat ever.
Loved my rs660 so much
0 the reason that everybody trashes GSXR for being janky. It's because every motorcycles janky when it makes it 150,000 miles. If you buy one of the premium tier brands just don't expect it to make it to 150k without needing a crap ton of work.
The real shit here Is you, parola di un italiano 😂
I ride my Ducati diavel for the reason that I like the raw power. It feels like an American muscle car in a way.
Always wanted an RS250
Ding ding
I don’t care if Ducati is faster or slower or it’s expensive in maintenance, I’m just in love with their bikes, I don’t know why I just want one soooo badly!
Good on ya. Tell it like it is. Good man.
Nothing serious has ever happend to my shiver - still makes me smile every time
Owned 26 Aprilia never had problems.
😂
I have a k7 gsxr 1000, I bought it 9 years ago in perfect factory condition, I upgraded it with racing brake hoses, custom air intake, Yoshimura exhaust, aggressive engine remap and a few other minor things, amazing handling, 206hp at the rear wheel, never broke down, In 2020 I bought a almost brand new gsxr for the daily, but the k7 is still the main face at the every track weekend.
You say Aprilia is worst bike in the world and you have no reason why Aprilia is worst in the world
Good bikes but insufficient Brand hype for people who buy bikes for status rather than to ride.
😂 ow. So that's why you're attacking that everytime. Experiment xD
1st time I saw it on the road it looks good
Im freaking happy my girl finnaly decided to sell her aprillia shiver.
I bought my Ducati because I wanted something that was just bonkers in terms of performance. But my K5 GSXR 1000? That's my true baby right there
Maybe but it’s a tight ratio engine that they use. It’s like a Lamborghini needing servicing after getting gas (just a joke) means that Aprilia needs to be taken care of and serviced properly and on time. Yes they’re expensive but damn they are amazing bikes too.
Idk man, I’ve had my Aprilia for about a year now and it brings me more enjoyment than any motorcycle or car I’ve owned before it.
It’s a bit like Alfa Romeo reputation. They were notorious for unreliability but now they are pretty good.
I had a buddy that bought two Aprilias one for him, one for girlfriend. Both developed oil leaks...back and forth to dealership before traded them both in. The issue never properly handled or fixed.
Suzuki GXSR is hands down most comfortable sportbike in the market, it gets so much hate but not from its fan base. It’s usually other riders
This guy can say a lot of things without saying nothing in particular.
When Im riding, i could give a chit about what anyone thinks about what i bought with my hard earned money.
Just bought my Aprilia rs660 recently and so far absolutely love it! One of the best sport bikes I’ve ever ridden for its class
I love how honest this guy is 😂
I have a 20yr old Aprilia RST1000...and I LOVE IT!!! No issues. They are prone to electrical issues like all bikes from the early 00's...but mines still Brrrraappppping along!
I am not showing off my Aprilia. Nope. That’s not what this is, under the disguise of a legitimate topic.
I love mine. My friend has had two and nothing but great things and endless smiles
Ive had a 2013 rsv4 for 8 years 24k on it. My stator went bad. Only issue is repair shops to work on it when i have to get my valves checked.
I’ve had 2 Aprilias. Did I absolutely love them yes, did they leave me stranded, have strange problems, and I would never trust them for a road trip also yes.
Can we talk about how perfectly this video is looped?
what were u in jail for?
Yep. Turns out, when you are on your bike, you can’t see the name on the side or really even see what color it is. Mostly it’s how much you enjoy the ride and *if* it got you back home.
i can agree they are bad in marketing but gud with products and specs i love them
OBVIOUSLY you've never ridden a well set up late model Aprilla RSV4- or even ridden a motorcycle at all??
