    Good evening Tamir,
thanks again for another Video...as it is important not to use the engine with an excess of oil:
    1.) Harming Katalysor
2.) Excess oil can lead to oil - foam building with the result of less engine cooling ....
To you Tamir, best greetings from Frankfurt /Germany, and stay well and safe in your Country ....
    Peter

Hi... And the other functions do work? Does the speed meter works? Maybe the connector of the speed sensor is disconnected? Or there is a break in the wires that lead to it. Maybe the VS sensor itself is failed. Have you tried checking if the engine computer has a DTC code related to your problem?

Hello Tamir..I am enjoying your videos a lot.I live in Costa Rica and have a newish honda wave 110.I have a question..do you know where the air intake is on the air box?I am thinking it is on the back of the airbox facing the rider and near the top.I want to take the plastics off when i have time.I removed the rear wheel today to fix a puncture thanks to your videos. They are very easy to follow..Thanks amigo!!

Hi. Yes, on top facing back.
And sir I can't tell what your abilities are. So I re-mentions. It is important to remember that a do-it-yourself mechanic hobby is a very serious hobby that requires a lot of responsibility. Like any hobby, it costs money, and does not save money (the price of the tools, the price of the mistakes, the study time...). I think it is mandatory to bay the Haynes technical book. I'm just mentioning. The videos on CZcams do not cover all the required knowledge.

Thank you..I would like to get that Haynes manual..I am trying to learn how to do basic maintenance by myself little by little..For the more complex jobs I have a mechanic not too far away..Thanks again for your help@@MyINNOVAMotorcycling

Hello and thank you for your videos first of all.
Mine burns some oil, and I have removed the engine head already. Do you reccomend removing the cylinder and piston to chamge the piston rings? Or should I leave it as it . I thought of doing it but finding engine parts is a struggle for me.

    • @MyINNOVAMotorcycling
      @MyINNOVAMotorcycling  Před 5 měsíci

Hi, and thanks for your support. Depends on how many kilometers the engine has passed, under what conditions. Oil loss is possible for several reasons. Shaft seals: The drive shaft, the gear lever shaft, and the kickstarter shaft. And oil loss is possible due to problems in the upper engine: Rings piston and cylinder, valve seals, engine head gasket, or lower cylinder gasket. And there are other gaskets that can lead to oil loss, regardless of the cylinder, for example, the gaskets in the valve covers.
Sir, I am not a guide, I do not advise, I share knowledge, in the end only you know what is right to do for yourself.

@@MyINNOVAMotorcycling I understand. Another question, the cylinder should be rebored and honed when changing piston rings? Or if the cylinder measurements are within tolerance is not needed.

I didn't do honing myself. As far as I understand, the cylinder is measured with special and very accurate equipment, measured at three different depths, and at each depth two measurements are taken at a 90 degree difference. But even if the measurements fall within the range of the specification, a review must be made on the quality of the cylindrical surface. The surface should be even, and with fine scratches created by the honing device (you can search vid on CZcams and see). If we assume that the surface is even and the other dimensions are within the specification, but the surface is shiny, without the scratches, then it is necessary to sharpen the surface with a Honning device, and then see if after repairing the surface the other dimensions are still within the specification. Most of the time, and from what I know, whoever changes pistons and rings, also does honing. You do not hone a normal cylinder, and do not replace normal parts... Only you know what is needed in your case.

Reboring is done when the cylinder is in a really bad condition. The rebore is adjusted to an oversize piston. Enlarging the bore is done with a lathe, and the final finishing of the surface is done with the honing device.

Mechanic said 1 liter 🙏🏽amount of engine oil he pour into my Honda 2018 wave 125i just correct! I started running the engine for 4 minutes and check the oil level after off the engine for 3 minutes and the oil level is correct, is it the right way? Correct me if i am wrong 😞

      Hi sir.
Yes, sounds like you did the measurement correctly.
Oil level is measured when the motorcycle is standing on the central stand, and when the motorcycle is on a level surface. The measurement is taken without screwing the stik gauge in, just placing the gauge on the opening.
Regarding the mechanic, it is your duty to fully trust him, otherwise it is not good for you and not good for the mechanic. Mechanics need to know how to fix, they are not teachers. The mechanics' answers to customers are sometimes based on psychology, and not always based on mechanics. This is because it is important for the client to be calm and happy. Doctors also sometimes do the same for the same reason🤣🤦.
      Isn't it?

And there is also this: Checking the oil level is a routine matter. So it is good to check the oil level when you leave the mechanic, just as it is good to check it at least once a week, and the manufacturer recommends checking before every day of riding.

      Hello my friends from Greece🍺💖👍,
Good to hear from my channel veterans.
lately I get to ride less, and what I ride is also shared with the other motorcycle I currently own, the CBR250R, for which I created a separate channel.
