I think it's doable, but I'd have to prep for it especially and stand up and literally make a mess all over my face haha...The weird thing is, it's the biggest challenge they do, but has the same time limit as a 4lb burger challenge. Odd.

@@Beardmeatsfood I don't know man, I feel like sometimes these restaraunts* see how ready you are or know who you are, and they change the time limit or give more food just for you.... Maybe not this one but I've watched quite a few of your videos where I felt like that.
Molly and killer kennedy could have done it in like a minute, but they are inhuman so Beard has nothing to be ashamed of. No normal human being could have done it. 🤦♀️🤦♀️
That was a crazy short time limit for that amount of food.
I've been watching your channel for a few months now, and after learning from your footage, I entered and won my first eating challenge, a foot long spicy chilli dog and a pile of spicy chicken wings in under 10 minutes, I was up against 4 other competitors, and won by half a hot dog bun.😀

When they make the time limit that tight it removes any semblance of fun from the challenge. That was a stupid amount of time for that much food.

Edit: not saying I don't think beard couldn't do it I'm 100% confident he could if he was feeling better and was a little more aggressive. Was just trying to say this isn't impossible but for everyday consumers yeah the 20mins time limit is a bit stingy.

Always appreciate a bonus Tuesday upload, Beard! That was a tough one. With the scalding temperature and the logistical nightmare of a whole cauliflower, that seemed almost impossible to take down in 20 mins but, now that you know what's involved, perhaps you'll be better prepared for a rematch once you're feeling better.
i think it can definitely be done but i'd need to do some prep before hand haha

I remember one of your episodes you talked about restaurant challenges and how some make it impossible to do the challenge. This would be one of them! Do you ever get asked “how can we improve our challenge?” Or do you help restaurants develop challenges? Feed back from you could help sell more challenges. I’m not from your part of the world but if I saw a ranking competitive eater not able to do a challenge I might not be interested in it either as a regular guy. Great work on it hope you feel better!

This challenge is absurd! If Adam can’t do it then it’s practically impossible.
Any challenge with just 20 minutes is not worth doing unless there is an amount of food where the short time is achievable. This was a horseshit challenge!

It delights me when he beats a truly unfair challenge, but Adam is a pro and we expect him to rise above it. I'm more calling it out because Joe Schmoe folks like you and I couldn't do it. About the only food challenge there is in my middling size city is about five pounds of food with twenty minutes to eat it!
