My late grandmother had a 200 year old Ammi that she brought with her from Jaffna after her marriage. Years after she passed away we found it and it was cracked. I grew up watching her make lovely South Indian and Lankan recipes with that ammi. Toiling from Dawn in lovely cotton sarees and talking to us. I love videos like this. It is a firm reminder to always keep our traditions as Indians and keep the memories of our beloveds. Thank you for this gorgeous video!

It is a feast to see the way preparations are made traditionally.. well done.. please consider using unbleached sea salt in the recipes and may be powdered sea salt instead of white table salt wherever possible... I hope these changes can inspire viewers to adopt a holistic approach towards health, both by ingredients and way of preparation
Your vdos are definitely a treat to the eyes. But cannot duplicate what you make unless one is cooking for 10-12 ppl like you are. Homemakers need measurements in smaller quantities but may be your audience target is different
