you end on your intro video. How? you went over how to import images but i don't remember you mentioning how to import actual video with audio into the media
You start with a document size of 1920 x 1080. Make the background empty and no fill. This will create an empty background. Put your images/lower third text etc. in the bottome left, and export as a png file. Upload to ATEM Mini and overlay.
@@bobdrums question: if you don't need to stream over the internet, in order to record on usb disk and control the atem o computer, do you need internet connection or just local network is enough?
@@PaoloBacchi Just local connection should be enough. I have just the regular mini but I've seen folks with the pro record over usb and control the atem locally by connecting the ethernet direct to a computer or via a hub

Do you know why the media player keeps incrementing the number at the end of a media item every time you save your settings? E.g. if you have a file test1, it will change it to test2, etc? Thank you.

It is not possible, unfortunately. It will only take still images.

Tony, how can you connect an SSD to record and also be able to control the mini on the computer? Is it a hub?
You connect the ATEM over ethernet and record straight from the ATEM over usb c to a drive

What's the best way to switch to a media player so that I can play a video seamlessly during a stream?
Zach Shaw I’m guessing you mean a video player. I use a small portable HDMI player from AGPtek and bring it in to one of the ATEM inputs.

How do you get the atem to play prerecorded video? I have tried searching but apparently this is top secret...
Steve Vick by using an external player or playing video on a computer.
I use the AGPTek sd card player. Runs about 30 dollars US.

Sean McNally no. It has a remote so I can cue it up before switching

It was a live stream and I was using a media player for the intro which was the point of video.
