Google Streetview Car Just Left Parked In Street- See Cameras / Sensors Close And Inside!

I was walking through my town in West Yorkshire, and unexpectedly came across the Google Streetview car just parked in the street with no driver to be seen.
Naturally I took the opportunity to get a quick video, showing it close up including trying to see inside.

Why is this not a Vauxhall Astra and converted into Opel it is still right-hand drive.
