- Hi Creators,
This is a subscriber request! (SubscriberS!) In a previous tutorial, we covered the basics on how to use Maya's hyperhsade. In this video tutorial, we cover some of my favorite hypershade nodes including aiMix, aiNoise, and aiRange. It's a fun tutorial so let's get started!
Software used: Maya 2020

I feel like a kid watching magic for the first time seeing how amazing hypershade is. when you did that camo look i legit had the WHOAAAAA reaction.
It's so much fun!
Thanks for another lesson in the Hypershade, each tutorial I pick up at least 2-3 things that put things together for me in my head.
Can't wait to watch more 😁
Your videos are so helpful! Maya is so overwhelming for a beginner but you break it down so well!
Great tutorial, really starts to clear the hypershade up for me and gives me ideas. Would love to see more, especially how to add highlights within say a label to bring out areas by using layers or plugging the image into different parts of the Standard Surface Node
This is beautiful in its simplicity. Very clear breakdown of what each node does with a short presentation. Sooo cool
Glad you liked it! Thank you for watching 😄
Thank you so much for doing these hypershade tutorials, lots of love from Spain ❤️❤️

So helpfull, thanks! More Hypershade please!! New sub!
good job bro!
Thank you for the tutorial! Learning a hell of a lot about hypershade. I asked in your other video, but are you using GPU or CPU rendering in Arnold?
THANK YOU UU
very very helpful.
I also want to explore hypershade.
Very informative. 🙂
Glad it was helpful! Thank you for watching :)
Thanks for this tutorial, really appreciate it. Nice voice actually like an actress
Never disappointing
THANK YOU
You are very welcome! :D
thanks
You're welcome! 😄
It's so awesome Monica! Btw, can you make a tutorial on procedural texturing without the need of uv unwrapping, like in Blender.
Sure! Are you looking for anything procedural texturing in general? Is there a particular Blender texture that you would like me to recreate?
@@AcademicPhoenixPlus let's say I have a water hydrant or something similar in shape and I want to add rust at the sharp edges and corners with a noise texture all Procedurally without any unwrapping.
_If a complete procedural shading course is introduced, that would even be more awesome!_ (ㆁωㆁ)
more more more please.
Is there any way to see the original shader? Like for example if you rename a shader is there any way like in bifrost graph by pressing "t" you can see the original shader title?
In 3DS Max there is a "Output-Map". There im able to determine how my textere should be in rendering. Is there in Maya also an "Output-Map?".
My preview render in hupershade when I click Arnold doesn’t load it just has a red box around it, any idea how I could fix it?
How to use emission map in hypershader
Please create a Aov Render passes video
make more please lot to larn
more of hypershare please.. video is very helpfull. but still the hypershade is not clear to me.. have seen many videos..
Make Tutorial of Animation
I have a whole playlist! Hope this helps. :) czcams.com/play/PLbxLlP-Vyt-8smC0Szmeai7Lomm1Eu3Nl.html
still not clear about where to connect what... you shouldve started from each nodes and where to connect them. its still confusing for me
The Material Viewer?
it works fine with arnold but not with redshift :(
Probably not, since it's a direct plug in for Maya. :(
interesting. i wonder how many nodes are there in maya's arnold. it looks like you can get an almost infinite number of effects.
There are a lot! I'll explore more, if there is interests. :) Thanks for watching!
@@AcademicPhoenixPlus yeh it would be interesting. I was watching Arvid Schneider's tutorials. They are a kind of advanced ones. They are helpful, but sometimes complicated. What is obvious to him is not always understandable for beginners.
