    Excellent explanation of meditation using analogy of spring cleaning. I also believe just as we careful about who will allow into our house, in the same way we need to be aware of who is renting our mental space - well-wishing friends or toxic relatives/ colleagues etc. A miserable mind will be the one hosting toxic people. Hence, spending more time with positive people in person as well as in thoughts is important to have healthier relationship with yourself and others. 👍

    Hi ...please make a video on IIH & Migraine having severe pain in one sided eye head jaw neck shoulder..please 🙏🙏 there is some fluid pressure on brain ..I have done lumbar puncture also..

    Love to know of certain foods will affect energy expansion ? Been vegan for 4 years but really felt terrible recently and cycled some healthy fats and meat back in my diet.

      As an animal lover I was a vegetarian for 12 years but I was not getting enough protein and I eventually started eating meat again. It's tough. I think the best tool we have to determine your question is the feeling from our own body then, try to be gentle with ourselves about the choices we make :)

      I think it depends on our lifestyle too . Like if you're vegan or vegetarian from starting and never had meat so there's no problem you won't feel terrible.
      But if you're eating meat regularly and your body is used to it then it can be little hard to leave that habit because your body will feel weak .
