S&P Mk1 Low profile seat frame install - caddy

Installing a set of these low profile seat frames with a set of recaro LX seats, into our mk1 caddy. These frames work for mk1 and 2 Jetta Rabbit Golf Gti Cabby Caddy Scirocco and Corrado.
They fit the VW mk2 trophy recaros, or the grey power base recaros found in mk2 90-92 cars.
These also fit several other brands of seats, they sit as low as possible. I am 6’3 and it makes the caddy very comfortable for me. I look out the center of the windshield instead of at the sun visor.

I had to use Scirocco seats in a caddy just to get a couple more inches of head room, but the jiggled more than I would have like.
This seems a better solution.

I wish my original seats sat a bit lower in my caddy.

Not sure if it would help to grind a radius on the end where it enters the rail, but it may help.🤔
