@@SwampRatMiniatures I'm currently building some War Dogs and trying my hand at magnetising - I want to be able to use all the heads and loadouts but also to build a pair of Ork-style heads so I can play them as looted Mega/Meka Dreads.
@@Deefrysounds fun to me, magnetising can be a bit fiddly but definitely worth it in the end to have all the different options! I’d love to see them once they’re finished also, you got a ig or anything?
Good god, maybe it's because I'm not very at home in 40k models yet, but from the thumbnail I genuinly thought this was another swamperial guard kitbash of IG armoured units and some corrugated iron plates or something This is very well done, and looks really "complete" for lack of a better word also: good call on that ooovall baseplate :P

@@SwampRatMiniatures Oh BTW, if you wanna scratchbuild more tanks: most tanks have tracks that are "tight" or tentioned in certain ways (so the top is straight as well), which would probably make it a lot easier for you, since you won't have to make the top/front curve of the tracks so damn tight :P (In the case of this model I totally get it, ramshackle look and everything, but maybe for if you ever want to do something similar but slightly less annoying for yourself)

Thanks! Without watching it back I’m pretty sure it’s the thinnest styrene rods I could find (maybe like 1mm thick?) just cut into tiny little disks
