- This toilet is original to the building, constructed in 1913! At first I thought it didn't work, but realized the flushometer is just a bit finicky. This is the oldest toilet I have ever seen.
Also in this bathroom tour are a “Standard” Madeira and Madstone. From what I have seen so far this is the one and only remaining original toilet in the building. - Zábava
Wow……I never cease to be amazed when I see turn of the 20th century toilets still in service. I never heard of Kurtz.
Super epic! That round bowl Eljer is super rare too!
Wow!! That's an incredible find! I've never even heard of that manufacturer.
You’ve hit a gold mine of antique! Massive Jackpot finds!
Legendary
Epic restroom. Liked the Kurtz toilet and the Standard Madera and the Standard Madstone Urinal.
I think the second toilet could actually be a very rare version of the Eljer Sanus. That base and trapway design really gives it away.
@@westmichiganvintagetoilets Thanks for correcting me Vintage Toilets Plus. So this must be an Eljer Sanus.
Congratulations you just hit the jackpot
Heres the rating of this toilet
11+/10
(1000/10)
I believe the Kurtz toilet is from the Maddocks line (kinda like Trenton Potteries having different company alters) because the model name is Ariston and Thomas Maddock made the ariston and ariston silent with the same font so I think that Kurtz my be a company alter to Thomas Maddock and Sons
Epimazing Fixtures
First toilet is antique from 1913 Kurtz Ariston It reminds of the the older flushometers you see in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets with the older Black Toilet seat
Final toilet is a round bowl Eljer Sanus from the 30s possibly
Urinal is Standard Madstone
Oh wow those are cool!!!
My goodness these are so rare! Possibly a YT First!
Epic
YOU FREAKING HIT THE JACKPOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
😵😵😵😵😵😵
Put this into perspective... That Kurtz toilet is the same age as the Federal Reserve.
Looks like the first toilet was clogged before due to the scratches
The Kurtz toilet reminded me of the toilets you see in Harry Potter and the chamber of secrets because of the black toilet seat and that's so intriguing to see
You mean the toilets in Hogwarts Castle.
I believe the urinals are from the 30s or 40s.
1947-55 Madstone urinal. The ones from the 1930s-1947 had would have had “Standard” with MADSTONE in small caps underneath
Is that first black closed front seat a Sperzel?
No way, that's epic!! What kind of elevators are here? I've wondered.
A 50s Otis reaction that was modded with Innovation Universal.
@@WestCoastElevators Modded RIP
Then again it does need to be accessible by the blind so I can understand that.
Braille plates can be added to older elevator panels. I have seen it done.
Cool! And awesome restroom! What are you in the building for? And the seat on the 2nd Kurtz toilet does not fit the toilet at all. Also, this must be a rare kind of Standard Madera because it’s round front and that it has a different looking trapway compared to the other Standard Madera toilets we know.
The second toilet is actually an Eljer Sanus.
@Virginian Toilets And Restroom Tours Maybe. It's definitely an Eljer though, facts
It's a Kurtz Ariston toilet.
the other one is a case cetell toilet
from 1913 too
Is this the men's room or is it unisex since the blind can't see anything where it doesn't really matter if blind men and women share the bathroom where its for blind people only meaning visitors and staff have to use a different bathroom because if a person that is not blind was to use it he or she won't get privacy because opposite gender staff help the blind ? I'm just wondering because I'm not blind and not staff so I never been to a blind Center and there is a washer and Dryer and staff the opposite gender might be the ones doing laundry unless there is a washer and dryer in the both the men's room and the women's rooms each.
Same. Thanks! Josey Wales, from Josey Wales’ Truck Pulls. Logan Utah … aka “Karenville” Utah 😘 👑🏳️🌈🏳️🌈🏳️🌈. 🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂🚂
