Seereax has to use machina fortress because it is so powerful. Discard itself and another machine and you can summon it from the the graveyard with its effect. My brother and I started yugioh with these structure decks and he would destroy me just with fortress alone.

Effectively though, it blocks monster fields, stops spell and traps. negates hand effect monsters. far as I know there shouldn't be a way to get out of this if you get it locked down. and it only takes like 11 or so cards. giving you between 29 and 49 more cards to make a deck out of.
SOMETHING in thi shas to be illegal. theres no way they would leave such a glaring win condition as this. because locking down everything shouldn't be aloud i think.
I know seereax hasn't used machina, but it hurts me he doesn't send machin fortress to the grave off of scrap recycler. Like, all of his problems would have been resolved if he brought that card out. Not to be too negative, but I played machina and so I just noticed that a lot.
