@@nigerianprinceajaniEh, I think maybe after this one they are weaker. But even then, not by much. Also, saying a random 1 of, plus another unsearchable card that requires settup beats something isn't really saying much.
@@devinbannish1469 I mean most Goat decks are 30 power 1-ofs and 10 engine pieces. Don't forget that the turn 9 combo was one of the faster games of this LCS.

You should try a tournament where when LCS ends you go backwards until everything is unlimited and legal
Just watch them in reverse order, its the same thing
How does that even work? They ban the cards used at the end of this. You can't un-ban the used cards since they are not legal. It would just be the winner going "I like floodgates, unban them" and then we get stun duels for the next 5 tournaments as that 1 guy continues to top and unban meme decks.

Doubt it could really be picked up, the banlist is public but managing it has been a real mess recently and that is a large part of why the season is ending. There have been many inconsistencies, changes, and exceptions, plus even a few retroactive changes. It would be far more work than it's worth to maintain it much longer
@@sirswagabadha4896Ehhhh, I don't think it would be that hard. Other than scraps being banned but scrap-iron being legal, what inconsistencies are there at this point? I don't think managing it would be that hard tbh.
@@sirswagabadha4896the problem isn’t the inconsistencies. They barely matter. The problem is that Konami printed way more slow conditional advantage traps that win over several turns than backrow removal cards

I maybe don't watch the LCS full stream, because this tournament start at 10PM and end at 2AM in my time. But I always watch the VOD in my free time. Maybe this is the only tournament that I can watch full.

it really would be something to see this again but starting with absolutely NO banlist. play 3 pot of greed if you want to no ones stopping you except all the tear decks that are far above such peasant cards like +1s without downsides. it would be interesting to see when these supposedly banworthy cards get banned like the surely this is a good card and not one of the worst cards of all time in modern yugioh and therefore got a retrain rather than getting of the banlist ultimate offering
the one problem is just that you can't craft whatever card you want on masterduel. some of the banned cards should still be uncraftable
