I've gotta give him a lot of credit for this. If someone was bringing up my ex as much as people talk about Nikki, I don't think I could keep being that nice about it. I'd probably start telling interviewers ahead of time that my personal life is now off limits because I'm tired of constantly having to relive my breakup.
Kaylyn Owens You would sound human. That would be a REAL EMOTIONAL reaction to have. People would understand that, empathise and then apologise. She outgrew him emotionally. She Grew UP and realised she wanted a man, she didn't need another father. He can sympathise with people but he has no empathy so his "words of wisdom" now sound like sympathy and pity instead of motivation and love. He is the exact same as he was when they started dating he hasn't grown emotionally at all. It's sad really he his very insecure.

The title misconstrued what John Cena was talking about. That's what I meant.
He is not comfortable talking about Nikki. I can see it in his face. Body language tells no lies!
That's the key reason why I felt the breakup was (maybe) legit; i dont think either of them are accomplished enough actors to fake those little details so authentically. Their body language, facial expressions, etc. so clearly said: devestated. Both looked sick with heart break at times.
He isn't comfortable talking about anything of substance. Oh wait unless he has his Motivational/life coach/Know it all hat on. He is exactly the same as he was in 2014. Nikki GREW UP and she NO longer Wanted her boyfriend/fiance/husband to talk to her like he was her father. She EMOTIONALLY outgrew him. It's sad he is clearly incredibly insecure. Dancing with Artem allowed Nikki to see her relationship and John from the outside looking in. He has no depth and he refuses to self reflect. He can't empathise with others. He can sympathise so it's confusing to people. I think Nikki after being with him for so long realised and truly accepted that his caring sympathetic "words of wisdom" actually now sounded more and more like sympathy and pity instead of motivation and love. Empathy is vital.

Doesn't that seem off that he has no real connection with anyone? He has no empathy. He can't self reflect and it's sad but he is incredibly insecure. She EMOTIONALLY outgrew him. He is the exact same as he was when they started he has not grown emotionally at all. If he had depth and grew up emotionally he would be a REAL Inspiration to others. He should DO what the people that say he is their hero did. They said they were taught to never give up and so they didn't and their lives are forever better. John taught them to never GIVE UP ON THEMSELVES. In reality John gave up on the REAL him decades ago. He says don't give up and in his head he thinks about not giving up physically. The hardest thing is to not give up emotionally. He SHOULDN'T GIVE UP ON HIMSELF EMOTIONALLY.
