I don't think it was necessarily him being uptight and controlling. He just knew exactly how he wanted is life to be and was unwilling to compromise until he was losing her. She wanted so badly to be with him and be this idea of what she thought he wanted her to be and in the process, she lost the person she truly was. They were an adorable couple but their idea of what they wanted their life to be was 100% different and in the end, she decided she didn't want to be the only one making sacrifices. In every relationship, stuff comes up but it's how you respond to a situation as a partnership that is what truly matters. Side note: I love the way Artem looks at her. You can tell they are both truly happy and dare I say falling in love.

Yes ....... I think we can safely say it’s definitely over between Nikki and John. Baby girl has clearly moved on & put him in her rear view mirror. Way to go Nikki! That’s how it’s done. Once you finally realize a guy is just too stubborn and set in his ways to keep fighting over every scrap you get out the relationship .... that’s when you let it AND him go and walk away. Nobody is worth all that. Nikki had to fight for every scrap he gave her and he was so controlling. Artem just adores her and loves her & everything about her. She had the courage to walk away & was rewarded with what she truly deserves. That’s all it takes ... just the courage to see what your worth is and walk away when your lover is falling short of what you deserve.
