I’ve got a Falcon II in black/gilt, and a BB58 in blue (and a few other watches, too). These two watches are my favorites & get the most wrist time. They’re both different enough to be unique & liked for different reasons!
Both awesome choices. Wear them in good health!
@@TheWatchOut You too! Very nice comparison, by the way!
@@chriscon8463 Glad you liked it man!
What a fantastic review of two watches on my radar. Love your style. Subscribed.
Really glad you like the video! Cheers
I used to own the Neptune 4. Great watch and great service! I got a Black Pro instead and aim for the 54 at some point.
Thank you for the comparison - I like your style and wit.
Great choices. I love the 54!
And glad you liked the video !
Amazing service from Lorier...They are very nice and helpful about any problem you can have. My NeptuneIV is still my favorite of all my watches.
Yeah, a really nice brand with great owners. Hope you continue enjoying your watch!
The oversized crown and thin bezel are areas where the Neptune falls short. Lorier has a really awesome brand aesthetic overall, though. The Falcon has always caught my eye, but I've already built a Spork and Ranger homage and I feel it's too similar to those two.
Amazing review
You have great taste
I also have both
I have to say that the Tudor feels more luxurious on the hand
But I love both the same,
The Neptune is very special
I’d only change the clasp on it.
Glad you liked it brother!
I did the same comp but added the 58. Ended up with the 58 but would’ve been happy with any of them.
Agreed! Can't go wrong with either choice
Great comparison, thank you! It confirmed my decision to keep my Neptune and not to get the BB54!
I'm glad I could help! Enjoy your Neptune!
San Martin got bb54 homage for 250 or 200 on sale it has on the fly and sapphire and ceramic bezel.
They must have listened, the last newsletter update says they are working on a backwards compatible tooless, microadjust clasp for current generation of bracelets.
That's awesome. Can't wait for that feature!
Great job! Love that Lorier. But Blackbays will always have a captive wannabe bro-lex crowd. I wonder how popular they would be if Steel Rolexes were easily available at retail price.
Thanks! The lorier is fantastic indeed!
But to be honest, the blackbays are very hard to hate.
@@TheWatchOut Agree! I just think all the fawning over Tudor is a bit much. Your review however was right on the nose.
Fantastic review. Loved the overanalysis 😂
Always happy to overanalyze :)
Buy a Glycine combat sub 39mm instead if you can..
That's 3x the price of the Lorier :/
@@TheWatchOut you’ll get those well under $600 from GNOMON watches. I got the black one. I had a Neptune as well..Combat sub is way better than Neptune.
it has a Miyota movement. Dont ever compare a Tudor to that trash
The miyota 9 series movements are super reliable btw. Also, can you really expect Swiss made movements under 500 dollars?
@@TheWatchOut I think the Miyota 9 series is raising serious questions about “swiss made” snobbery. Incidentally, I asked Lorier about regulating movements - they said their in-house tolerances are -5 to +12 s/d. Not bad at all.
@@sauravsen1705 Exactly. I don't get the Swiss made snobbery either
You drank too much of your name mate...
