Hello, I bought a clear small French stamps, all on one sheet, I don't c how it peals off, I will check again, but I sure didn't c or feel how it would or could peal off, I was thinking I must have to cut them apart, I've never done this before, I want to learn, thank u for information, I will subscribe to your channel 😊
Thank you for your comment. I have never heard of cutting stamps before that were clear, I'm sure you could. Maybe it is meant to use as only one stamp, like a collage. You can always send me a photo of it through Instagram if you have trouble, just look for me under....Katie Faith Journaling. 🥰
I thought so too!! Until I read the instructions by the seller that said "Peel both protective layers." Then, I found them super difficult to peel so I came to this tutorial to see what I could do.

Thank you, yes I did buy the acrylic block at Michael's too. It came in a pack of two, but any craft store sells them. You could even use a clear CD case. ;)
Since the color box are not available now, what do recommend in its place that won't stain through too badly on Bible Pages?
I had to do a little research, since I haven't done much Stamping lately or tried out other brands. It looks like Versa Color is being said to be similar to ColorBox. Just whatever you use, I would use a blank page of your Bible (if you have one, and test the ink out on that first. 🥰). Hope that helps.
Versamagic chalk inks. They do not bleed through and you can get them in a big set.
Hmm, I wonder if tack it over and over glue would help with the stickiness when it becomes less sticky.
Wash with gentle hand soap and a soft toothbrush. Let air dry and stickiness returns. :)
Absolutely do not add any glue to the back.

Oh yeah, there are definetely some that stick well to the packaging 😅. If the actual Stamping side is sticky, you can use a pink eraser to rub on that side before Stamping. (New trick I found out.)
I'm using mine for names on Christmas ornaments. Some name have 2 of same letters, how do I do that? Do you have a video on it? Thanks
That's a neat idea! If you're doing names with the same letters I would just do one letter at a time instead of spelling the whole name out. I'm sure I have a video of me doing multiple letters in word on a project, I'll find a link and share it under this comment. 😊

I’m new to stamping do you have to clean new stamps , thank you
I have heard that some new stamps may have a slight film to them and may not leave a complete imprint (this was something new to me), so you can take a white rubber stamp to it and rub it all over the stamp and wipe it clean before using. I personally have never really had a problem with clear stamps, and I think I've only done that method once in the four years I've done stamping.
Who do you recommend for ink now that colorbox is no longer?
I think I saw ColorBox the other day at Hobby Lobby. I do really like Stazon Ink, but it does bleed through. So you would either have to prep your page with clear gesso first or plan on maybe using acrylic paint or paper crafting on the other side to cover it up. I haven't done any more research recently for non bleed through ink.
Momenta might be similar to ColorBox, as it seems very similar online. That could be what I saw at Hobby lobby because it comes in those same petal layouts.

I just bought some clear stamps and a ink pad but i don't have a clear block, what can use instead of it?
If you have any old cd or cassette cases hanging around you can use those as well! They're clear once you take out the paper.😀

Are you looking for maybe a date stamp with inspiration words? They do sell really cute ones. Or are you looking for more just Faith base word stamps.

The stamps? Oh, absolutely I've used some of them probably over a hundred times. 😀
Does it work on resin ? Or any transparent paper?
Are you asking about Stamping on resin and transparent paper? I would say no with this type of ink as it is water-based, but it should work if you used a permanent ink like StazOn 😊.

"Gesso", make sure to get clear gesso if you try it. It helps protect your page from bleed through by adding a layer of clear gesso and letting it dry. 🙂
Some of my stamps have lost there sticky and don't stay on the stamping blocks or the sheets you put them away on any tips on how to make them sticky again. thank you
I had that issue with one of my Alphabet stamp set, it was a cheap set so I just got rid of it. I actually don't know if you can! I'll have to do some research and get back to you.

What is called this ink?
It's just inks for stamp sets, the company that made these sets is called ColorBox
What is gesto? Did I hear that right?
Gesso, the clear kind is used to protect your pages in order to use stamps, markers etc. It does dry out markers, so I would use cheaper ones for that
