Li'l Darlin' is a 1957 jazz standard, composed by trumpeter Neal Hefti for the Count Basie Orchestra. Lyrics were added by Jon Hendricks. Lambert, Hendricks & Ross recorded it with Basie in 1958. The arrangement these young people are singing appeared on a Swingle Singers record called Swingle Skyliner released in 1979(out of print).
