My grandparents lived in Tustin on St. Vincent Place. What always amazed me about that part of Orange County is that no one walks. It feels like a ghost town. As a kid I always wondered, 'Where is everybody?' Well, the next time I'm that way, I'll try the tacos. Note: I was adopted by European immigrants. My great grandfather, whom I met in the 1970's, escaped the Kaiser by stowing away aboard a Norwegian supply ship bound for the U.S. They found Louie hiding below decks and put him to work for his passage. They helped him navigated Ellis Island. U.S. Immigration couldn't understand Louie's Lithuanian accent, so they gave him the last name "Ellis" after Ellis Island. His grandson, Grandpa Carl, built the house in Tustin.

I once went to a grocery store on the way home from work. I bought a basket full, paid, and remembered I'm on my motorcycle. Luckily I looked up and saw my neighbor. She took my groceries home for me. Needless to say, it didn't fit on a motorcycle.

I always watch your videos twice: the first time I watch them reading the captions, the second time I focus on your facial expressions.
I don't know ASL so I really have to check the captions first. I'm Portuguese and I know the very basics of portuguese sign language (Língua Gestual Portuguesa - LGP) but it's obviously different from ASL, just like English and Portuguese are different too, so I can't understand what Ryan is expressing. But I love to watch both of you communicating.

the ikea box was hilarious. a couple months ago i bought a bed frame from ikea and had to drive an hour home through san francisco traffic with my trunk door ratchet strapped shut 😂
We have the same furniture tetras as well. Have resorted to the bungee cord closure with the red scarf or shirt attached. Satisfyingly fun.

Ha! We just went to IKEA today too!! 🤗 great job on getting your stuff to fit! That’s such a guy skill 😉 just realized IKEA has paper tape measures (3 ft) for free in some of the design centers too in case Ryan ever forgets to bring his. 🙃

At 1:30 it says “Birra tacos”, and then they spelled it correctly “Birria”. Just a curiosity, “birra” means beer in Italian, so I was thinking “isn’t Birria? Well, maybe it’s beer-braised beef? Yummy!” But Birria made more sense though :D

I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how come they aren’t wearing a mask inside of the store? Are deaf people allowed to not wear a mask to communicate better? Or is there just not a mask mandate in their area?

There is an enforced mask mandate, I recognize some of the places they visited. By not wearing a mask, they are breaking that mandate.
