There is a new way to instantly reload that I found, instead of double tapping L1 for the quick swap instant reload you can jump(X) and perform a mid air melee attack(R1) as after any melee attack weapons get reloaded, right after that input is done hold L2 and press R2 to fire and repeat the inputs to fire arrows in quick succession.
