Have done any experiments on torque values of the action screws?

First....if you had a problem with an action screw you should have called Ruger. You may have voided your warranty by retapping. Second.... you should always use a torque wrench to tighten your action screws.

What is the recommended torque for them? The manual doesn't mention a specific value.
