- PCSO's definitely not getting the training they need. A litany of policy failures in a single encounter suggests that the people of Avon and Somerset are not getting their moneys worth. A quick check of their facebook page shows that Chief Constable Sarah Crew is more interested in staff painting their nails than having her 300 plus team of PCSO's trained properly.

Always such a pleasure to see a FP video appear on my feed. I’ve never seen any copper get the better of FP who must have thought Christmas had come early when those two numpties engaged with him. I’ve seen some really thick coppers but my word that first PCSO must be the thickest person in the world. Your intellect and humour at his expense was a joy to see. How on earth did he pass the interview and selection process? Looking forward to your next masterpiece.

I cringe whenever I see Police /PCSO's walk up to someone who they want to question with their hands in their pockets. Regardless of policy it is a really reckless action in regard to their own safety. In this case however a decent slap might be just what this PCSO needs for an attitude adjustment.
Both said they knew it was an offence to interrupt a pilot whilst flying but yet both did it with no hesitation

How the hell did these 2 PCSO’s ever pas any intelligence test to be a non cop. Your knowledge of their policies is better than probably than most of the PCSO’s in the country. A building constructed and maintained using public funds, and staffed entirely by people who are paid from those same public funds, which has areas that are not readily accessible to the general public which should be clearly marked. That does not make it a private place so you are correct. I wonder how much it cost to construct that parking garage for their private vehicles.
