Eh. Outside of Thor, he hasn’t been particularly likable in his films. He was a moron in Ghostbusters, and played one of the least charismatic cult leaders I’ve ever seen portrayed in a film in Bad Times at the El Royale. If he wasn’t so attractive, he wouldn’t get work.

@@elenachristian9860 A lot of Ragnarok was improvised and the actors were allowed to more or less play with the material however they wanted. I'd put money on the studio really wanting to capitalize on the Marvel starpower and wanting to reboot the franchise. Doesn't really explain why they hired their own dialogue writers but, yeah.

I love seeing these instead of paying to see the actual movie.
The only memorable thing i remember while watching this movie in the theater is me waiting the movie to be end already. and i kind of hating my mom to dragging me to watch this movie, i even tear up a bit because of how frustrated i am to watch this painfully boring movie. (like no kidding).

How anyone still employed still thinks it's a good idea to let actors bring on their own writers for dialogue (or at least give those writers any say over the actual script writers) is beyond me. If those writers the actor (or, more likely, the actor's agent or manager) wants to bring on are so great why not just have them write a whole movie? (

Have you not been paying attention the last few years? Hollywood is so out of ideas, they made a movie out of the Battleship board game. Suicide Squad is a movie that more people saw in theaters than got acting credits in it. Pretty good bet that they'll eventually get desperate enough to make a sequel.

I've also realised something. I have developed an aversion to movie sequels post 1977 that are not The Empire Strikes Back, Godfather 2, Terminator 2 ,Wrath of Kahn, 2 Towers, Return of The King, and Dark Knight. In my opinion, modern sequels are just attempts by the corporations to convert works of art into theme park movies that are unsuccessful in attempting to retain any substance from the original. For example; all of the Jurassic Park sequels, Superman 3 and 4, any Star Wars Movie that is not A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, all of the straight to video Disney sequels, and all of the Ghostbusters sequels
IT's not a bad actor, is just a bullshitting script with a terrible narrative structure and a not well-planned characterization and backstory for a character.

You have to admit, Elon Musk actually being an alien may the most realistic part of the franchise.
The word I'd use to describe this movie is "tired." Everything about it felt worn out and lifeless.
For the show, I've seen in the comments a prediction of a Jim West Will Smith oil painting in a Wild Wild West 2, but you all should pitch some additional quality oil paintings we should get. I'd go with Hancock. But not his leather clad look from the end--it'd be a depiction of him on the park bench with empties all around him. Hancock 2 would be their spunky daughter heading out to find her mystical other half--never forgetting the scruffy low points of her now far off in the galaxy father.
